Model Bella Hadid recently celebrated BFF Lauren Perez's birthday—with a swimsuit photo on Instagram. Hadid loves to box, and revealed that a majority of her exercise routine is just boxing. She also says that she loves to box with her older sister, fellow model Gigi Hadid, saying, "She's a bad-ass, who is strong and sturdy both mentally and physically."

She Isn't Afraid Of Indulging

Hadid does try to eat healthy, but she's open about never being afraid of indulging. Hadid infamously told People after a fitting for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, "I'm going to eat pasta right now. If you want to have a piece of bread, go have a piece of bread."

She Eats Healthy While She's Traveling

It can be difficult to eat healthy while traveling, but Hadid tells People that she makes sure to. "I like to still make sure my diet is good and I stay hydrated and stuff. That's basically all I do." One of her secrets? Avoiding nasty airplane food. "I like to eat healthy and not eat crazy plane food."

She Gets Protein In Before & After A Workout

Hadid says to Vogue Paris that she gets a bit of protein in her system before and after working out. "I count on a smoothie, a juice or a protein drink 30 minutes before the session," she says. "After the session I eat something full of protein like chicken and wholegrain rice. It's ideal to strengthen the muscle mass and to increase the effects of the session."

She Keeps Her Workouts Long

Hadid tells E! News that she doesn't dread working out, and actually tries to keep her sessions on the longer side. "When I work out, I love to work out," she said. "Like, I train and I work out hard for two hours."
