She Enjoys Working Out
While some people might dread working out, Hadid doesn't. In fact, she says that she enjoys it, and that this helps her work out on a consistent basis. She tells E! News, "If I'm gonna go for it, I'm gonna go hard. I really do like it."
She Eats A Lot Of Protein

She Stays On Track
Hadid says that her health secrets aren't all that major or complicated. She says to People that she stays consistent and stays on her current track, and she sees results. "I worked out so hard and everybody is like, 'Oh, she looks so skinny blah, blah, blah," she says. "But I think that if you just stick to something you can really achieve so much. I've been eating hard protein every day, and working out for three hours every day. It's crazy but I think that you know if you set your mind to something I think you can succeed."
