1

Fruit For Breakfast

Faiers keeps breakfast simple, as mornings tend to be quite busy. "For breakfast, I'll have a piece of brown toast with peanut butter," she says. "Sometimes my mornings are busy, so I'll whip up a fruit salad the night before. I make sure I get my five a day."

2

Cooking From Scratch

Faiers makes a point of cooking from scratch for her family. "For lunch, I'll have a chicken salad wrap, and I'll snack on breadsticks and hummus," she says. "Sometimes I'll have a cup of tea with two rich tea biscuits in the afternoon, and I always have berries in my fridge if I'm feeling peckish. In the evenings, I'll make a chicken casserole, or family favorites like Bolognese or shepherd's pie."

3

Accountability Buddy

Faiers likes to work out with her sister or with a friend, because the accountability helps keep her discipline. "If I feel like I can't be bothered to go to the gym, I know I can't let her down," she says. "We were both the same. If she calls me up and says, 'Shall we give it a miss?' I'm like, 'Nope. Come on, we're going.' So we motivate each other, which is good because it's exactly what we both need."

4

Eggs and Avocado

Faiers loves to eat scrambled eggs and avocado when she's focusing on a health reset. "Avocados are an excellent source of monounsaturated fat and vitamin E, and are a good source of folate," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "They also supply more soluble fiber than other fruit and contain a number of useful minerals including iron, copper and potassium."

5

She Is Mindful About Alcohol

Faiers cut back on her drinking after having children. "Before I had children I was out eating all the time, drinking alcohol," she says. "Don't get me wrong, I love a prosecco or a white wine. I'll still have a few drinks, but nothing like what I used to. Back in the day you'd be out three times a week and now it's once a month if you're lucky."
