She Challenges Herself

Brie went from not being able to "walk up a hill without being out of breath" to being one of the strongest actresses in Hollywood in 2019, when prepping for her role in Captain Marvel. "So, I started this journey thinking I'll get strong and I had no idea. I went far beyond what I ever believed was possible for my body," she told Insider. "Being able to hip thrust 400 pounds, deadlift 200 pounds, push my trainer's Jeep, I mean, it's an incredible experience to realize what's inside of you is well beyond what you knew was possible."

She Pole Dances

"Made an im-POLE-sive decision to try a new workout class," she wrote. "Pole dancers possessed significantly greater muscle strength and lower back and hamstring muscle flexibility compared to untrained controls. Pole dancers had significantly less body fat and significantly more muscle mass in the upper limbs compared to untrained controls," said one study.

Her Workouts Are Intense

When Brie hit the gym, she proves that women can kick butt. The actress is famous for her seriously intense workout sessions, which include things like sled pushing massive amount sof weight, deadlift, and even picking up cars. "Even after years of training, I still try to find ways to get out of working out. Luckily @risemovement keeps me motivated by prefacing a new move with 'this will be fun,'" Brie captioned one of her Instagram posts. She recently shared her excitement when Rise Nation opened up in New York. "New Yorkers, my favorite work out just came to your city!!! @risenation 🥰 Congrats @risemovement – you make getting strong fun!" she captioned a post.

She Stretches

"Stretching is a huge part of exercise," Brie schooled everyone in a YouTube video. "This is great for mornings, before workouts, as you're winding down your day, or, if you're somebody like me who's spending the majority of their time at a desk looking at Zoom all day, it's good to incorporate a couple of stretches and be kind to yourself."
