Cabello revealed to Hola Magazine that she is a fan of practicing meditation. She says that she picked it up during the pandemic, and that it has helped with her mental health. "It was practicing every single day multiple times a day that has been healing me, and, more than just helping me manage strong emotions like anxiety and stress, it's making me a better human."

She's All About Self-Care

Cabello tells Hola Magazine that she is living her life the way she wants to. She says that she is making her own decisions, and is prioritizing her self-care. "I'm learning that your 20s is a shit show and really hard but little things like wearing earrings that you like, and keeping promises to yourself like meditating or taking care of your body or doing something fun not cuz it's productive but because it's fun is what build self-care and therefore self-trust and self-love and help you become your own BFF."

She Gets Enough Sleep

Cabello is all about getting enough sleep. "Circadian rhythm is a real thing," she says to Glamour. "I try to not go to sleep after 10:30. When I go to sleep later than midnight, I tend to get worse quality sleep, even if I sleep the same amount."

She Has A Sleep Routine

Cabello tells Glamour that she has a plan for when she has trouble going to bed. "When I can't sleep, I will put on a cooking podcast called Home Cooking," she says. "Something neutral that engages me but also doesn't make me emotional, so I can get tired again and go back to sleep if I want to. There's also Poetry Unbound, which reads a poem and dissects it. The host is incredible."

She Switched Therapists

Cabello is open about her struggles with her mental health, and that she goes to therapy. She even revealed to Glamour that she decided to change therapists last year. "I wasn't feeling like I was progressing in the areas I wanted to progress," she says. "But when I switched, I found I was able to apply what they said in a way that benefited my mental health."

She Prioritizes Her Happiness

Cabello tells Glamour that she is prioritizing her happiness in her life. "It's important to be on top of not just what's making you sad or anxious, but also what's giving you joy," she says. "I want to be happy and enjoy my life. That's kind of it."

She Works Out Her Whole Body

Cabello works with personal trainer, Jenna Willis, to help her stay fit. Willis broke down the singer's fitness routine to Shape magazine, where she revealed that Cabello does a lot of whole body exercises. "Naturally, Camila is always on the go so we've tailored our workouts to fit that busy lifestyle," shares Willis. "This means a lot of our workouts include minimal equipment that focus on strength, HIIT, and balance (including complex movements that target the whole body)."
