Cat Deeley is best known for being the host of the hit FOX reality competition series, So You Think You Can Dance. She has earned several Emmy nominations for her role as host. Deeley recently shared a new reel on Instagram. In it, she did the "Instagram vs. Reality" challenge, which involves sharing gorgeous photos or videos, followed by goofier ones. In one photo, she is seen in the ocean wearing a green swimsuit. She Hikes

Deeley spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is go on hikes. She shares a lot of hiking photos on her Instagram. Deeley shared this photo of herself hiking in a forest. She captioned the post, "Tree hugger, tree climber, tree leaner, forever ❤️! On Sunday's we like to match our shacket's to our surroundings." She also posted these two photos and one video from the same hike.

She Swims

Deeley loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself at the beach or the pool, sometimes with her family. Deeley posted this photo of herself going for a swim in India. She also shared this photo of herself and her friend on an inflatable swan in a pool.

She's Comfortable With Herself

In 2013, Deeley opened up about wellness to Getthegloss.com. She says that she embraces aging, as she feels more comfortable with herself. "When we're younger, we can get away with more," Deeley explained. "But what I love about getting older is the confidence that comes with it and how you know who you are. If you can team that with looking after yourself a little bit more by doing a little bit of exercise every day, that's great."

She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

In her Getthegloss.com interview, Deeley shared some of her skincare tips. "I think just moisturise, moisturise, moisturise! Everything you can do to cling onto every last bit of moisture in your skin before you turn into a shrivelled old prune! Whether that's drinking tonnes of water or using facial oils or great moisturisers, vitamins, fish oils, whatever it is whack it in."

She Has Healthy Food Delivered

Deeley shared some of her favorite products with SheKnows. She says that she likes to have healthy food and groceries delivered to her house. "During the pandemic, I started getting fruit and veg delivered every week," she says. "Fresh from Borough Market, by Paul The Veg Man. It's great as I can always find some way to hide more veggies into the boys' meals. Plus we constantly have fresh fruit for juices."
