She Thinks About Her Diet

Tyldelesy says that she is constantly taking her diet into consideration, especially since she is currently pregnant. She tells Express, "Now that I am pregnant I am even more into my nutrition. I am constantly thinking about balance within my diet and making sure that I get a wide range of nutrients."

She Takes Care of Her Gut

Tyldesley tells Express that a big part of her diet is thinking about her gut health, as she was advised to take that into consideration. "The first time I did the Tonight programme they did a gut analysis and experts felt that I needed to cut down on animal produce."

She Does Full-Body Workouts With Her Trainer

Tyldesley's trainer, Steve Chambers, tells Women's Health that he does both upper and lower body workouts with her. "Catherine followed a full-body German Body Composition-style training protocol which utilises full body, upper-lower body workouts," Chambers says.

She Alternates Workouts & Works Out Five Days A Week

Tyldesley's trainer, Steve Chambers, breaks down the actress' workout routine to Women's Health. Chambers says that the actress alternates her workouts and exercises five days a week. "There are two different workouts, both of which she does twice a week. In between this, she does three supplementary cardio sessions."

She Weight Trains

Tyldesley is a big fan of doing weight training, and says that this has helped transform her body. She says to Women's Health, "Weight training has really helped me lose body fat. It's great because with weight training I carry on burning calories when my session has finished as I've built more lean muscle mass."
