Catherine Zeta-Jones has had a long career as an actress. She just shared a stunning throwback video on Instagram from her film Darling Buds Of May. She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

Jones revealed some of her wellness secrets to The Wall Street Journal. She says that she starts her day off right. "I always eat breakfast; I'm not one of those people who can skip it. I have a go-to breakfast that happens every day. In the winter months, I have porridge with banana, brown sugar and berries. Come daylight savings, when we spring forward, I switch to my nonfat Greek yogurt with my berries and my granola."

She Loves Salads

Jones broke down what she eats in a day in an interview with Harper's Bazaar. She says that she loves to eat salads each day. "I have a salad every meal other than breakfast because I just adore it," she says. Jones says that she likes to include ingredients like grilled chicken or fish with it. "Something light that doesn't weigh me down too much."

She Still Indulges

Jones tells Harper's Bazaar that she believes in balance. She says that she still indulges in one of her favorite treats. I'm not a big snacker, except for anything chocolate," she said. "For me, chocolate is a real treat. I deserve it."

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Jones likes to do a lot of different exercises to keep herself in shape. She revealed her favorites to The Telegraph, and some of them are pretty unique. "I have a ballet barre in my gym. I turn the music up so loud that the walls are pulsating, and I go for it for an hour. I also hula-hoop, walk on the treadmill, do the elliptical [machine]. I try to keep the whole body working."

She Avoids Inflammation

Jones revealed some of her wellness habits to W Magazine. She says that she does things that help her avoid inflammation. Jones listed her tips as,  "Water, maintaining my PH balance, no alcohol and through diet keeping my body free of any inflammation inside and out."
