Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones is known for her incredible LOOKS and style. And now she posted a new Instagram photo wearing a unique outfit. Jones tells Harper's Bazaar that eating healthy isn't a problem for her, because she loves to eat salads. "I have a salad every meal other than breakfast because I just adore it," she says. Jones says that she pairs her salads with a protein, like chicken or eggplant. "Something light that doesn't weigh me down too much."

She Likes A Lot of Different Workouts

Jones tells W Magazine that she is very active, and that she likes to do a lot of different physical activities. She says that she loves, "Swimming, tennis, peloton, my home gym and tap dancing."

Jones has a lot of components to her diet and lifestyle. She tells W Magazine that her wellness routine involves, "Water, maintaining my PH balance, no alcohol and through diet keeping my body free of any inflammation inside and out."

She Loves To Dance

Jones says that she is an avid dancer, and likes to dance each day. She tells The Telegraph, "I have a ballet barre in my gym. I turn the music up so loud that the walls are pulsating, and I go for it for an hour." Jones also loves tap dancing, as she told W Magazine.

She Loves To Ski

Jones loves to ski with her husband, actor Michael Douglas. Jones has posted photos on Instagram of the couple enjoying the snow and hitting the slopes. Jones captioned one of these photos, "Cross country skiing this morning. So beautiful."

She Does A Lot Of Whole Body Workouts

Jones tells The Telegraph that she likes exercises that focus and train her entire body. In addition to practicing ballet, she says that, "I also hula-hoop, walk on the treadmill, do the elliptical [machine]. I try to keep the whole body working."
