1. She Is Making Changes To Her Relationship With Food
Hayes revealed on Instagram that she had weight loss surgery. She also revealed some of her wellness secrets and the lessons she has learned since the surgery. She says that she is working on addressing her wellness plan, and making changes. “Bariatric surgery is only a tool, if I don’t use it consistently and correctly it will fail. Addressing abnormal relationships with food is so important if I want to become healthier physically and mentally."
2. She Doesn’t Compare Herself
In her Instagram post, Hayes revealed that she isn’t going to compare herself to other people, especially when it comes to weight. “Weight looks different on everybody. I am trying to stop focusing on other people’s weights because my only competitor is myself. Ten people could weigh exactly the same but have completely different body compositions. Selfishly (but thankfully) I now only care about myself and mine."

In her Instagram post, Hayes revealed that she is working on growing as a person. “Even though I’ve lost weight, I’ve grown as a person.
