She's Quiet About Her Secrets

Swan is pretty tight-lipped about what she likes to eat each day, and some of her exercises. She revealed why to The Australian Woman's Weekly. "I'm not going to talk about the size of my a*se. I'm not going to tell you what I eat in a day. Because I've read those stories and they make me feel bad about myself."

She Walks

Swan loves to go walking as a way to stay in shape. She posts photos on social media of herself going on walks. She tells Australian Woman's Weekly that she picked this up during the pandemic. "We couldn't go out to dinner, we couldn't go to a friend's house, they couldn't come to us, we couldn't go outside five kilometres. All we could do was walk, and so that's what I did."

She's Improving Her Sleep

Swan revealed some of the new habits she is trying to improve upon in this Instagram post. She revealed one of the things she is trying to do is improve her sleep. She writes that she is using a tool to help her get more sleep. "Getting better sleep is actually quite the commitment – and I was surprised at how dedicated I had to be once I decided that enough was enough. I have found over the last few months that prioritising my sleep has made me much happier, more capable and more productive during the day. Always a good thing!"

She Stopped Drinking Alcohol

Swan revealed in the same Instagram post that she has given up alcohol. She says that it is for her mental wellbeing. "I stopped drinking booze of any kind," she says. "(Alcohol is diabolical for sleep and anxiety too)."

She Winds Down At Night

 

Swan revealed in her Instagram post that she likes to wind down after a certain time at night. "I log off from the day at 8pm (it has to be this early because I'm up at 4am) and follow a little ritual of hot shower, lavender oil and a book to wind down. Sometimes if I'm exhausted I go even earlier. I *try* and stay off screens in the evening (fail most times!)"
