Milian revealed her daily diet and approach to eating to People. She says that she tries to watch how much she eats each day. Milian says that she aims to not overeat. "When your stomach feels full, do not eat past that," she says.
She Focuses On Having Energy
While Milian tells People that she tries not to overeat, she also says that she eats food that gives her energy. Milian explains that while she limits her calories, she also eats nutritious food. "I try to only have a certain amount of calories per day, but eat right so I can keep my energy up," she says.
She Stays Hydrated
In addition to eating healthy, drinking water is a big part of Milian's wellness routine. She says that she makes sure to stay hydrated each day. "I try to drink as close to a gallon of water a day," she says. "Hydration is how I keep my skin clear and my body energized throughout the day."

Milian makes sure to eat her veggies. She says that she tries to eat a salad with every meal. "Salad is a requirement," Milian told Food & Wine. "Even if I'm eating a regular meal, on the side I will have a salad." She says that she learned this habit from her mom, who made a lot of salad when Milian was growing up.
She Believes In Moderation
Milian tells Food & Wine that she believes in moderation when it comes to her diet. "I think it's more about listening to your body and everything in moderation. Like If I'm going to get pizza, I'll get thin crust. I believe in 'eat what you want.' Food is life, and when it comes to food, don't be afraid."
