In it, she shows off her toned midsection in a black bathing suit. "The sun will always shine…. But sometimes you have to be patient. 😜 so I am being patient. But in a ready to receive position. She Lifts Heavy Weights

Danica doesn't mess around at the gym. She lifts incredibly heavy weights instead of doing several reps of lighter ones. On the fitness tab of her Instagram accounts she shares lots of her workouts. In one of them, she deadlifts 255 pounds. 


She Does Plank Circuits


Danica is also serious about planking. She recently shared a Tabata plank routine she does. In it, she planks for 60 seconds, rests 30, planks for 60, rests 20, planks for 60, rests 10, then does a 2-minute plank followed by a 10-second rest, followed by a  60-second plank and 20-second rest, a 60-second plank 10-second rest, and another 60 second plank. 


She Works On Her Posture

"Working on posture," she captioned an Instagram Story. "27 years of 'driving position' got me." She does 30-second wall sits followed by 30-second wall facing air squats. "Harder than you think," she wrote. 


She Drinks Green Juices

Danica loves drinking her veggies. On her Instagram Stories, she shared her version of St. Patrick's Day spirits, a cup of "drs orders" green juice, and an "immunity shot with oil of oregano."


Her Diet Is Clean

Danica regularly shares photos of her meals and the healthy food she enjoys on a regular basis. Her diet is focused on a lot of plants with lean meats, like salmon, bison, or ground beef sprinkled in. She also loves healthy fats like avocado, and eats a lot of eggs.
