She Does HIIT Style Workouts

Dua told Vogue that her workouts are short but intense, involving 15-minute intervals of mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and burpees. She says, "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!" She also adds some other elements into the mix. "I'm still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest," she explained.

She Doesn't Skip Workouts When She Is Traveling

Lipa always tries to find time to exercise, even when she is traveling."When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting," she told Marie Claire about how she approached fitness while on the road.

She Boxes

Lipa also stays fit with a fighting approach to fitness. "I love boxing in my spare time. I like doing it for fitness [and] I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it. I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever," she told BeautyCrew.com

She Does Lots of Ab Work

Dua dished to The Urban List that core workouts are the secret to her flat abs. "I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!" she said.

She Allows Herself to Indulge

While her overall diet is incredibly healthy, Dua allows herself to indulge. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," Lipa told The Urban List."I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!"
