1. Dua Likes To Work Out With Others

Lipa told Refinery29 that while she does work out on her own, she also loves working out with others. She says that having someone else beside her helps motivate her. “Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right.”
2. Sarah Spends A Lot Of Time Outside

Lysander is best known for being a swimsuit model and designer, and one look at her Instagram account, and you’ll see why. Lysander isn’t just a gorgeous woman, she also loves to spend a lot of time outside, specifically by the beach. Lysander has posted several stunning photos of herself lying on a chair, posing on the shore, and spending time in the water.
3. Dua Loves To Share Her Experiences

Lipa is launching some new projects, her own wellness hub, and her own podcasts. She says on Instagram that she loves to share her own experiences with others, and wants to learn new things. “I find huge joy in telling people what I’ve learned about in any given city and love finding connection in our shared experiences,” she said. “The more we share with each other, the closer we become, the wider our circles grow.”

Lysander is extremely successful. She’s not only a model, she’s also launched her own line of swimwear. She tells Vogue that her personal motto is, “If you have something to do, do it today, not tomorrow.” She says that this mantra is the secret to her success.
5. Dua Does A Quick, But Intense Workout In The Mornings

Lipa tells Viva that she likes to workout in the mornings, no matter how pressed for time she is. She says that if she doesn’t have enough time, she’ll do a quick HIIT workout, before heading out. “If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to go and do a workout,” she said. “So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”
