Dua’s approach to exercise? Keep your workouts short and tough. "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started," she told Vogue about her 15-minute HIIT workouts. Her workouts usually consist of jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and burpees.

The early bird will always get the work out worm, per Dua who schedules her workouts at 8:30 am. "This is normally the time I give myself to work out," she told Refinery29. "Whether it's on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I'm feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right.”

"Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting," she added to Urban List. "I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing, I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever."

Dua encourages finding a workout buddy. "I would always be that person who made a new year's resolution, get a gym membership and then show up twice in the first week of January and then never go again," she told Urban List. Lipa says that she always washes her face each night, and makes sure to take any makeup off. “I am religious about washing my face and doing my nighttime skincare routine every evening. And afterwards we had dinner in LA and then literally a couple days later, I've started writing for my new album. And, I was hanging out by the pool before going to do some writing and all of a sudden my phone rings and it's a FaceTime from Elton and his husband, David—casual." “As you do,” said Colbert. Lipa loves hot yoga classes and mindfulness sessions. "On an off day—which is usually rare—I'd be at home in London and go to a hot yoga class first thing in the morning," she says. "Then there's a lovely brunch spot next to my yoga class where I get a smoothie and an English breakfast, which feels really comforting… That mindfulness practice is super important to me. Making sure I am healthy inside and out helps me stay on top of everything."

Lipa promises her next album—which will drop in 2024—will be her most personal yet, but on her own terms. “I think it’s a marketing tool: How confessional can you be?” she says about how other artists expose their personal lives. “I also don’t put so much of my life out there for people to dig into the music in this weird, analytical way.”

3. Skincare Basics

Lipa believes less is more when it comes to her skincare routine. "My skin gets really dry from traveling, and for a while, I tried so many products, and nothing made it better," she says. "When I am on holiday spending time in the sun, I don't really need to put on a ton of treatments and serums. I realized when I put less on my skin, and it's much better. We're conditioned to believe that we need to use 500 things when sometimes less is more."

Lipa recently realized she was applying concealer incorrectly for years. "What I’ve learned with concealer is that you have to dab it and not rub it — I feel like that’s the only way you can actually cover anything up is if you just keep dabbing, which is something I never knew," she says. "I was like, Why is this not covering anything? I had been rubbing it off instead of dabbing it on."

According to The Mayo Clinic, this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Core Workouts

Heward likes to do core workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorite core exercises with ankle weights in this Instagram post. Heward captioned it, “Strengthening these hips and core back postpartum 🔥 plus quite a few of you were asking for some inner thigh exercises! SAVE 4 LATER. It might not look like much for core, but you need a whole lot of deep core stability for these leg exercises. This way you hit more than one muscle group at a time! The workout took me 30 min but had me 🥵”

She Does Pull-Ups

Heward shared this workout video on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing pull-ups. According to Gymless, it can be very beneficial to do these. “Pull-ups are one of the most fundamental calisthenics exercises that build up your strength and endurance in the upper body. It is commonly used as a form of physical test from schools all the way up to the military. Many athletes from all sports backgrounds use pull-ups in their training, which makes this one of the best exercises for building the upper body and developing a bigger and stronger back.”
