She Hydrates…On the Outside and Inside

"From a beauty point of view, I would say moisturize a lot!" Elizabeth recently told HollywoodLife when asked about her best beauty tips. "Moisturizer, eye creams, hand creams, body cream. Our skin gets drier as we get older, and it's very important to stay hydrated on the outside." She emphasized that staying hydrated "on the inside" is also crucial. "You have to drink a lot of water and probably, don't really, drink much alcohol. I've virtually given it up completely."

She Gets Outside

Hurley loves spending time al fresco. "Get fresh air!" she told HollywoodLife about another one of her tips. "I think fresh air is one of the most important things you can do at any age." She manages to stay active outdoors, spending a lot of time on the beach in her swimsuits.

She Learned How to Relax

Hurley recently spent some time at VIVAMAYR, the same clinic Rebel Wilson went to in order to get into the best shape of her life. "VIVAMAYR taught me to relax," she told Women's Health. "I learned to sit still, put my phone down, and enjoy my food. My digestion has improved since I followed that advice."

She Likes "Found Fitness"

Elizabeth relies on found fitness—for example, getting her steps in and her heart rate up during her daily routine. "I don't really do any set exercise, per se, because I prefer to get my exercise from doing something than being in the gym," she told Women's Health

She Prefers Chores Over Workouts

Hurley maintains that doing chores is her preferred method of blasting calories. Her favorites? Gardening, which she does all year long, logging, and raking leaves. "I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer," she told Women's Health. "Not only do I feel, well, actually exhausted, but also I feel that I've got the leaves up, which is also a nice thing." Basically: "I'd rather do housework than go to the gym. I'd rather scrub a mirror—it does just as much."
