Do Drink Apple Cider Vinegar

Elizabeth loves taking shots, but not alcohol! The model is a big fan of apple cider vinegar. "I often put apple cider vinegar in my hot water. It tastes disgusting. I can't face it every day, so I'll put it in my hot water maybe every other day. It's good for your metabolism," she told The Cut.

Elizabeth starts her day with big meals, and as the day progresses, she eats less and less. "I rarely skip breakfast and always eat lunch but the lighter my evening meal the better," she told Healthy Living.

Don't Eat Processed Foods

Elizabeth's diet focuses on wholesome and clean food. "I really try to go out of my way to eat an apple for a snack instead of a cookie," she told Healthy Living. One thing she does avoid? "Processed and junk foods" she reveals. "I like simple, natural, easy food. I don't really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives. When I'm at home in the country, I always try and eat food that's grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables," she added to The Cut. "If I can grow it myself, I'm even happier.

Don't Drink or Smoke

Elizabeth shies away from two bad habits: "You can't look good if you're not healthy, and diet plays a big part. You can't smoke and have too much alcohol," she told The Cut.

5

Do Stay Active

Elizabeth is one of the very few stars who you won't find breaking a sweat in the gym. "I don't exercise, but I am very active," she told Harper's Bazaar. Her method is "gentle exercise and lots of it," she added to Us Weekly and "being active, going for walks, stretching, maybe a little yoga or a little Pilates. But I don't like high impact, high energy sports. I don't actually think they do you much good. As long as you get your heart rate to the rate you need it to get, which is a fast walk. But you need to do a bit of it."

6

Do Count Your Steps

Elizabeth uses activity trackers to stay accountable. "I walk every day, so I try and hit my 10,000 steps a day and I do some stretching every day," she told Us. "And then sometimes I do a bit more, but that's enough for me really."

7

Don't Eat Takeout or Drink Soda

"I'm at least 10 pounds heavier than I was 20 years ago but I don't care," Elizabeth confessed to DailyMail. "I probably eat a bit more now but I don't eat takeaways and only drink sodas once in a blue moon. Life's too short to be on a super strict diet."

8

Do Garden Work

Elizabeth has a few hobbies that keep her healthy and happy. "I love working in my garden and am never happier than when wielding a strimmer. I walk my dogs a lot too," she told DailyMail.

9

Don't Eat Between Meals

Elizabeth revealed a few more details about her diet to DailyMail. "I actually eat quite a lot," she said. One of her biggest pieces of advice? She says to "never eat between meals."

10

Do Breast Cancer Self-Checks

"Self-checking is really important; I have personally met many women who have discovered lumps themselves, including several of my close friends," Elizabeth told DailyMail. "By familiarising yourself with your own breasts, it should become easier to spot, or feel, any changes. I self-check every month, in front of the mirror. I would advise everyone to do the same and to try and see it as part of your monthly routine, rather than as something to fear."
