She Loves Yoga & Pilates

AvrRam revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with The Hindu Business Line. She says that she does a combination of two exercises each day. "My daily routine includes yoga and pilates (a German system of fitness). Sometimes I work out in the pilates studio where oxygen is low, so it's like being on a mountain peak — you burn more calories."

She Adjusts Her Exercises

AvrRam has a busy schedule, which means she doesn't always have time to workout. However, she makes it work. She tells The Hindu Business Line that she changes her daily workouts depending on her schedule. "I adjust my exercise sessions depending on my shooting schedules."

She Has A Day Off

AvrRam may have a busy schedule, but she still makes time for herself. She tells The Hindu Business Line that she always has one day off each week. "Sunday is a 'no work' day, I sleep a little longer and relax more. My pilates instructor says that rest is as important as a workout."

She Believes In Balance

AvrRam tells The Hindu Business Line that she believes in a balanced diet. She says that this has helped her eat healthier. "I used to crave sweets. Now, I do not. I have chocolate or carbohydrates for energy. People should keep the balance and make themselves a lifestyle diet that is life-long."

She Makes Her Skincare Products

AvrRam has amazing skin, and she makes her own products. She revealed her recipe and process to The Hindustan Times. "Mix one aspirin (crush it) with yoghurt and honey. Apply it on a clean face and keep for 30 minutes. The result is amazing! This reduces swelling, irritation, and softens thick and scaly skin, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles."
