She Doesn't Get Too Crazy With Craft Service

When Ratajkowski is on set, she says that she likes to enjoy craft service. However, while it can be tempting to over-indulge, she tells Harper's Bazaar that she's able to control herself. "If I'm on set, I'll have catering, but I'm well behaved with that stuff. It's easy to go crazy—they know how to feed you."

She Eats A Balanced Diet

Ratajkowski says that when it comes to her diet, she tries to eat healthy, but she isn't afraid to indulge. She says that she tries to balance her diet and eat a variety of things. "I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy," she said to Elle. "I wouldn't say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes. You know what I mean? Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is like really important to give yourself a break."

She Works Out With Others

While Ratajkowski does like to work out on her own, she says that she prefers to work out with others. When she goes to the gym, she likes to take a fitness class. "I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself," says Ratajkowski to InStyle.com. "The class environment works really, really well for me." She also tells The New York Times that she does a lot of workouts with her friends. "I go on long walks and hikes with my girlfriends."

She Loves Zumba

Ratajkowski is a partner of STRONG by Zumba and loves it. She tells InStyle.com, "You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself. You end up working harder and it's a better, more intense workout, without even noticing."

She Takes Care Of Her Mental Health

In a revealing Instagram post from March 2020, Ratajkowski opened up about her mental health struggles, which included a bout with depression in 2019. She revealed that she is taking better care of herself, and is in a better place. "I'm happy to say that I've learned how to take better care of myself. I don't generally like to get too personal on here and I'm far from having shit figured out but these were some of the notes I scribbled down on New Year's Eve."
