She wore a white cover-up over a black bathing suit. 1. She Spends Time In The Water
Jade is a big fan of spending time in the water. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself striking a pose in the pool. "Swimming is a wonderful sport. I definitely recommend swimming for people of all ages," Dr. Matthew Crowe, a Mayo Clinic orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert, told the Mayo Clinic. "Swimming is easy on the joints, and it's very good for both cardiac health and your core strength. And it also can give you really excellent strength around the shoulders, and hips and knees," says Dr. Crowe.
2. She Hikes
Another outdoor activity Jade likes to do is go for a hike. She posted this reel on Instagram of herself going for a hike in Sedona, Arizona. She captioned the reel, “IT’S FREAKING BEAUTIFUL HERE!! On one of the slides, she lists some of her favorite strength and weight training exercises. They include, “Dumbbell chest press, 3 sets, x15 reps. Single arm dumbbell back row 3 sets x 15 per arm. Lateral dumbbell shoulder raise 3 sets x 10 reps.”
4. She Works Out Her Abs
Jade’s workout Instagram story highlight also features some of her favorite ab workouts. They include weighted Russian twists, leg raises to hip raises, and lying cable knee tucks. According to the Mayo Clinic, core workouts are extremely beneficial to your body. “Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”
