Emma loves hiking. “Getting outside is so good for the body and the mind,” she told Women’s Health, revealing that she hikes 5 miles per day. “And you’re getting that nice little glute workout.” Per National Parks Service,“Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between.” Going on regular hikes help build stronger muscles and bones, improves your sense of balance, improves your heart health, and decreases the risk of certain respiratory problems. Most days, I work from early morning to very late evenings, but I am working for myself, so I truly enjoy it. However, I make sure that I also leave time for family and friends. Making money or being successful is not everything. You need to take time to do the things that bring you joy in life. Often, when I take time off, and am not rushing to back-to-back meetings, I find myself coming up with new ideas and innovations that I want to work on.”

Hernan has a lot of supportive people around her. “My family means everything to me,” she tells Grazia. “I love going back to Boston and spending time with them as well as bringing them to LA or on vacations with me. Hernan is very financially responsible. She encourages others to do so in an interview with Cosmopolitan. "Do you really need that bag? Do you really need these things? I know they're pretty and I know they're shiny and they're sparkly, but at the end of the day, you can buy five of them if you just start saving now.
