Weyant shared some of her secrets to success in an interview with Sarasota Magazine. She says that she doesn't sweat the small things, rather she loves them. "My biggest piece of advice would be to trust the process," she says. "And learn to love the little things in your daily routines. Achieving your goals is amazing, but it's the things that you learn along the way that get you there."

2

She Follows Her Dreams

Weyant is all about following her dreams. She advises others to do so in her Sarasota Magazine interview. "It's also important to trust in yourself and know that no goal or dream is too big," she says. "No matter what anyone tells you. Keep dreaming big and working hard and your wildest dreams might just come true."

3

She Works Hard

Being a swimmer, Weyant has to have a strong work ethic. "I am the first swimmer in my family, so I didn't know much about the sport when I started," she tells Sarasota Magazine. "But ever since my first practice, I loved the feeling of working hard and being with my teammates. One of my favorite things about swimming is that you get out what you put in. Also, I look forward to setting new goals every season."

4

She Chooses The Right Swimsuits

For Weyant's career, choosing the correct swimsuit is important. She tells Sarasota Magazine that she chose to do a swimsuit line for this reason. "Fabric is crucial to performance—and being a swimmer, it means even more. The long hours spent in the pool require durable, long-lasting fabrics that hold their color and vibrancy through many seasons. The suits I designed with Sporti do just that."

5

She's Consistent

Being an athlete, Weyant has to be conscious of her diet. She tells Edible Sarasota that she is consistent with how she eats. "I've learned to be more consistent throughout the season. There are times when you need to bulk up with more calories and times when you need to taper down, but I've finally gotten to a point where I can balance both. Even when I'm traveling, I take my diet and nutrition regimen wherever I go, but I definitely always make room for C'est La Vie when I'm in town. The pastries are so good!"
