1. She Eats A Lot of Veggies

Eva-LongoriaEva Longoria/Instagram

Longoria says that she’s not a vegan or a vegetarian, but she still loves to eat a ton of veggies. "I could easily be a vegetarian because I love vegetables so much and I feel like L.A. is a place that can support healthy living," Longoria tells InStyle. "I love cooking with vegetables and I have a secret for cooking with vegetables, [which] is that they don't need a lot. A lot of people cover them in cheese or cover them in a sauce, and vegetables really only need olive oil."

2. She Doesn’t Eat A Lot Of Sugar Or Carbs

Longoria says that while she believes in moderation, she doesn’t find herself craving a lot of sugar or carbs. "I'm definitely a moderation girl, but sometimes I won't eat sugar for three months. I'll cut out all sugar and simple carbs that turn into sugar — rice, pasta, bread. I'm not a big carb person anyway, so it's not that hard," she says to Glam Belleza Latina. "I actually love fish and vegetables. I was raised on vegetables! Anything green — spinach, broccoli, Brussels sprouts — I crave."

3. She Eats Healthy When She’s Busy

Longoria is open about her love of cooking. However, she does make sure to eat healthy when she’s busy and working. "I love to cook. But when I'm on set, I have food delivery sent there. Before I could afford a food delivery system, I would make my breakfast and lunch, I'd pack some snacks, and put almonds in my purse. I was always prepared because I was always hungry," she told Health. Longoria says to Livestrong that she loves to eat almonds, yogurt, and cottage cheese.

4. She’s A Runner

Longoria says to The Cut that she goes for a run every morning. “I’m a runner, so I usually get up at seven — it depends because I always get eight hours of sleep. I try to wake up and immediately work out. I get up, put on my sunblock and running hat, and I’m off.” Longoria says that she prefers to run in the mornings, before she does her daily activities, “I like to work out in the morning because the day gets away from me and I will never do it in the afternoon — I get too tired.”

5. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Longoria tells People that she likes to mix-up her workouts. ”I do a lot. I’m a runner, I do yoga, I do pilates, I do SoulCycle and I’m just constantly mixing it up,” she says. “Everybody thinks there’s some kind of secret to looking good, but it’s not a secret. It’s diet and exercise.” For a complete look at her workout, see here.

6. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Longoria has been a spokeswoman for L’Oreal, which means she has to take care of her skin. And she tells People that she has a lot of things that she does for her skin, especially when she’s traveling. “I wear masks a lot on the plane and I scare everybody! I use lip balms. I love the little hot towel they give you, and I put that on my face. I definitely have a skin routine on planes because I fly so much.”

7. She Stays Hydrated

Longoria tells People that she makes sure to stay hydrated, and that it helps with her skin. “I drink a lot of water. I got those ‘Starbucks cups’ that everybody has. They’re the hard cups with the straw. So I just fill those up with water and for some reason, when it has a straw, I’m able to drink way more water than before. It feels like I’m drinking a soda even though I’m not!”

Eva Longoria does it all. She’s an actress. She’s a businesswoman. She’s a spokesperson. She’s a restaurateur. She’s also one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. Longoria posted a stunning new swimsuit photo on Instagram this week. In it, she posed in a black bikini by the pool. 1. She Doesn’t Wear Too Much Makeup

Global Gift Gala 2021 : Photocall At Four Seasons Hotel George VPascal Le Segretain/Getty Images

Longoria has amazing skin, and one of her secrets is rocking the natural look. “People think the trick to looking younger is makeup, but it’s skin-care,” Longoria told Allure. “If you don’t have good skin, piling on makeup just makes you look older and much worse. When it comes to makeup, I don’t overset or over powder it. The more powder you put on the fine lines in your face, the more you see it. Most people say ‘oh let me cover it’ but it looks much thicker and worse.”

2. She Puts On Sunscreen

Longoria tells Allure that sunscreen is a big part of her skincare. “My mother was so strict on wearing sunblock,” she says. “She always said, ‘the skin you take care of in your 20s is the skin you have in your 40s’.”

3. She’s Not Jealous

On the Connections podcast, Longoria revealed that she avoids feeling jealous. "I think jealousy takes up such an amount of energy," she says. "I remember being so jealous and like, your stomach is inside out. It's the worst feeling. Why would anybody want that feeling?”

4. She Promotes Diversity

Longoria is very philanthropic. One of her goals is to increase diversity in the media. She tells Us Weekly that she is working to get more stories told on television. “I have been part of VH1’s huge diversity initiative to get diverse storytellers behind the camera because if you get ’em behind the camera, then it translates to in front of the camera.”

5. She Cut Out Certain Things

After having her first child, Longoria decided to eat healthier to lose the baby weight. She told Us Weekly that she has cut out certain food in her regular diet. “I haven’t drunk wine. I haven’t eaten sugar. I haven’t seen a carb in awhile.”

1. She Has Her Go To Favorites

She has her go-to breakfasts that start the day off right. "I usually have egg whites and beans,” she said. “For lunch and dinner, Longoria says she usually plans a gourmet meal. "I've been really bringing it during COVID. I've been making everything from fish tacos to shepherd's pie to curry. No day is the same," she said about meals during the pandemic. “If you have heart disease or high cholesterol, be cautious about the number of egg yolks you consume, and take into account all the other forms of saturated fat (red meat, beef, pork, veal and lamb, poultry skin, whole-milk dairy or full-fat cheese) in your diet,” preventive cardiology dietitian Julia Zumpano, RD, LD tells the Cleveland Clinic. “Setting a limit of four egg yolks per week is recommended.”

2. After Trying It All, She Says Moderation is Key

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - March 21, 2022Gotham/GC Images

She tried different diets to see what works for her. "I'd do a cleanse. I'd try keto. I'd try no sugar," she said. "I tried. I wanted to do it for the environment, but I just love cheese so much!," she mentioned about her attempt to go vegan. "Life is about moderation, and life is long. One of the greatest ways for me is to enjoy food."

3. She Mixes Up Her Exercise Routine

She mixes up her exercise routine to keep things entertaining. "I do a lot. I'm a runner, I do yoga, I do SoulCycle and I'm just constantly mixing it up," she said. "My workouts now are more weight training. Very serious weight training." Eva works hard with her trainer, Grant Roberts.

4. Wine Is Her Guilty Pleasure

When she was asked about her favorite food, Eva said "Does wine count?" Even though she’s definitely a fan of the vino, she’s obsessed with tacos, too, when it comes to her actual favorite food. “There's literally 100 different versions of tacos." They’re delicious and it keeps her from getting bored.

5. She’s Created A Wellness Shot

Eva’s wellness shot that she swears by consists of an orange, ginger, lemon, honey, lime, turmeric, and cayenne. "Take the skin off all ingredients," she says. Then she adds everything except for the cayenne to a blender, blend, strain, pour, and sprinkle with cayenne. "Should I add tequila? It's probably not a wellness shot if we add tequila," Longoria said.

Eva Longoria is showing off her forever young figure in a swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the actress and director shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit, posing on the beach with her pals. “Beach day,” she captioned the Instagram Stories photo. How does the actress manage to look as good at 48 as she did at 28? In a recent interview, she revealed all of her secrets to longevity.

1. She Takes “Advantage” of Anti-Aging “Tecnology”

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,June,09,,2023:,Eva,Longoria,At,TheShutterstock

In a recent interview with Reader’s Digest’s The Healthy, Eva was asked about the secret to her longevity. “Nobody is going to beat aging. I’m not doing any anti-aging things. But as you go along life, the technology has been so amazing in the last decade in regards to skincare, and healthcare, and just taking care of your bodies, that why not take advantage of that technology? A lot of women want to feel good in their skin. And so what happened with me was I had Santi, and I gave myself a lot of time to be grateful to my body for producing a human being. So I wasn’t rushing to get back to the way I was before, or How fast is she going to bounce back? and all that. So he was almost a year old by the time I go, ‘OK, let me get back into my workout routine.’ And then it was years later after I was working out regularly eating well, sleeping well, doing everything right, that I finally go, ‘Oh, I still have this saggy skin that I want to tighten up. How do you do that?’ And I was talking to a mommy friend of mine and she was like, ‘Oh honey, you should do Morpheus8.’ And I was like, ‘What? What is that?’ And she said, ‘Oh, it’s this radio frequency that tightens the stomach, or face, or arms, or whatever, and it tightens the skin, and it tells your stomach to wake up and start making collagen again.’ And I was like, ‘Oh wow.’”

2. She Works Out Almost Every Day for Her “Mental Health”

Eva maintains that exercise is not just for her physical health. “I work out five, six times a week, but my workouts are my mental health hour. I really need that energy and endorphins in the morning to really function throughout the day. So I love that it obviously has great side effects of being in shape, but for me it really clears my mind and I’m a better mom, and I’m a better businesswoman, and I’m a better wife because I get those endorphins first thing in the morning,” she told The Healthy.

3. She Loves Her Trampoline Workouts

“So I started coming out of postpartum with bouncing. I love my trampoline workouts because it’s high-intensity but low-impact, and I don’t have the best knees. And I was like, “I can’t run anymore. What could I do that gets that sweat but isn’t so impactful on my body?” Bouncing on the trampoline was amazing. And it’s also great for your mind. It’s a lot of mental gymnastics as well with sequencing, and memorization, and it’s like a dance routine, and so it’s creative. I mean, it was really servicing everything I was looking for at the time,” she told The Healthy.

4. She Also Lifts Weights

Eva-Longoria-4Eva Longoria/Instagram

Eva uses weight training as a “supplement” to her jumping. “I do a lot of weight training with my trainer,” she said.

5. She Meditates

Eva-Longoria-5Eva Longoria/Instagram

Eva maintains that “meditating” is another crucial health habit. “It’s just lifesaving, and I only do it five minutes a day. It’s not like I do an hour of meditation. No, sometimes I do it two minutes … but I do it,” she told The Healthy. “It grounds you in your day. I do all these guided meditations.”

1. She Enjoys What She Does

Eva-LongoriaEva Longoria/Instagram

Longoria has a very busy schedule, which you think could stress her out. However, you’d be wrong. Longoria says that the secret to managing her stress with her busy schedule is doing projects that she enjoys, and that won’t drain her. “I enjoy everything that I do, and I only say yes to things that don’t give me burnout,” she said to Bustle. “When they approached me to do a podcast, I knew it had to be something I’m going to enjoy, so that every time it’s on my calendar, I don’t dread it. That’s how I approach everything in my life.”

2. She Takes Time For Herself

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - March 21, 2022Gotham/GC Images

Longoria tells Bustle that despite her business, she still prioritizes her time to herself. “For me, it’s being aware, taking emotional inventory, working out, meditating, listening to podcasts, and prioritizing ‘me’ time, whether it’s a massage or seeing my chiropractor.”

3. She Monitors Her Sleep

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - March 21, 2022Gotham/GC Images

Longoria’s beauty sleep is extremely important to her. She says to Bustle that she used the pandemic to check in with herself, and to make changes to her routine. Longoria decided to monitor her sleep, and see how to get the best sleeping schedule for her. “I have the Oura Ring, which uses biometric data to figure out your sleep pattern. What I found is I get deep sleep when I don’t eat super late, so I usually eat with my son around 5 or 6 in the evening, and then I’m done for the night.”

4. She Uses A Trampoline

Longoria is open about her love of trampoline workouts. She tells Bustle, “It’s so good for lymphatic drainage. I burn more calories doing that than running an hour, so it’s really changed my life.”

5. She Strength Trains

Longoria is also a big fan of strength training and lifting weights. “I do very heavy weights,” Longoria tells Women’s Health. “I feel like my body changes the most when I do that. I wear a heart rate monitor, and I can see my heart rate spike from just doing a heavy bicep curl.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”
