1

She Loves Kickboxing

Lisowska enjoys kickboxing for a high-intensity workout. "I switched from boxing to kickboxing pretty quickly," she says. "I have been training regularly for over a year. In addition, I also go to crossfit to pull up strength. I rarely miss training. When it does, it's only for a good reason. After Dancing With the Stars I lacked movement and motivation for it. For four months, dancing was my life, so when it was gone, there was a void. I tried dance classes, but it just wasn't the same. Kickboxing filled that void and became my new passion."

2

Snowboarding and Skiing

Lisowska loves the mental and physical benefits of skiing and snowboarding. "I've fallen and cried so many times but I'm still moving forward," she captioned a video of herself on the slopes. "Like in life… I'm fighting with my own fear and I'm not giving up. It's worth it for such views! Someone somewhere wrote about the struggles of reaching the top… There's always one we find."

3

Solving Puzzles

Lisowska enjoys solving puzzles to help keep her brain sharp while having fun. "When I come back from training, I often do puzzles," she says. "Maybe it's not suitable for me, but contrary to appearances, I can be very patient!"

4

Fresh Orange Juice

Lisowska loves drinks and cocktails made with fresh orange juice. "Oranges, grapefruit, lemons, and limes are famously rich in vitamin C," says Harvard Health. "They also contain fiber, potassium, calcium, B vitamins, copper, and anti-inflammatory phytochemicals such as flavonoids and carotenoids."

5

Spending Time With Her Dog

Lisowska says having a dog changed her life—and experts say having a dog can actually change your health for the better. "The decision to get a dog was spontaneous and turned my life upside down," she says. "However, it was impossible not to fall in love with this cute baby. As a puppy, she looked like a stuffed toy. Lucy has so much energy that it was hard to contain her at times. Since she was a year old, she has become a bit more serious. I can't get her out of bed often. She is a sleepyhead just like her mistress."
