She Is On a Keto-Style Diet

In January 2022 Fernanda revealed she was on a ketogenic-style diet called Zélé. It involves eating very little carbohydrates, with no restriction on vegetables or foods rich in protein.She works with a specialist and is limited to the types of snacks she is allowed to eat.

She Cheats One Day a Week

Fernanda explains to People that she eats heavier in the morning and takes one cheat day. "For me I would eat all the time, but I can't. I try to eat as light a dinner as possible, [for example] tuna with vegetables [or] protein shake," she says. "[I eat] all the vegetables, the proteins, chicken, fish, meat and no flour. That [I do] six days a week and [take] one off."

She Surfs

Fernanda stays moving wherever she is. "Over the years I've learned that exercise isn't just about looking good," she says. "It's also the best way to feel young, active, and build discipline," she told People. You can often find her surfing.

She Does HIIT Workouts

Fernanda revealed on social media that she does 8W workouts, a high-intensity interval training method that combines functional training with boxing. She punches and kicks a bag in addition to doing lots of other aerobic and resistance exercises

She Drinks Coconut Water

Fernanda struggles when it comes to hydration. "I'm very bad at drinking water, unless it's coconut water," she told People. "Being healthy should be the most important thing for everyone."Most people don't get enough potassium in their diet. The mineral helps remove extra sodium from your body through your urine. Coconut water can even help lower blood pressure," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Preliminary research indicates that coconut water may lower blood pressure in those with high blood pressure. However, if you are on blood pressure medication, it may be best to avoid coconut water as it could lower it too much. It's best to discuss this with your doctor."
