Frida Redknapp is making memories in paradise in her swimsuit. The stunning wife of footballer Jaime Redknapp shows off her impossibly toned abs in one of her latest social media posts. She Kickboxes

While in the Maldives, Frida got an outdoor workout in, starting with kickboxing. "Dream Gym," she captioned the post.  "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."

She Strength Trains

In the same post, Frida also shows off some of her strength training moves, including doing weighted squats. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

She Does Yoga

Frida is also a devoted yogi, even managing to get a session in when surrounded by her kids. "Love a peaceful yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️session," she joked in this photo. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

She Has a Workout Buddy

The couple that sweats together, stays together! Frida has the ultimate workout buddy – her husband. The two even spent last V-day at the gym sweating together. "Valentine's Day @jab_box with my girl . You killed us @george__veness," Jaime captioned the post.

She Runs

Frida also enjoys running, especially when it involves helping other people out. "Great morning running for such an incredibly important cause," she captioned one of her Instagram posts. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
