She Stays Organized

Harrison has a busy schedule, so organization is key. She tells Women Fitness that she has help with keeping everything together. "With so many exciting opportunities and events on the table, it can be really easy to let your routine go. I couldn't do it without the support of my family and my agency. My agency keeps me organized and my family keeps me on the straight and narrow."

She Uses Exercise To Stay Motivated

One way Harrison deals with stress is by working out. She tells Women Fitness that exercising regularly keeps her motivated. "I find exercising plays a huge part in keeping me motivated as it helps to clear my mind, de – stress and keep me looking in good shape for modeling."

She Does Cardio and Weights

Harrison broke down her workout routine to Women Fitness. She says that she likes to combine two different types of exercise to stay in shape."My workout regime is mainly weight training, however, I make sure to throw in some cardio, such as swimming or running," she says.

She Does Yoga

Harrison tells Women Fitness that she also loves to practice yoga to stay in shape. She says that she likes to go to yoga classes regularly. "I am obsessed with Bikram, so I make sure to attend one or two classes a week. It's so good for flexibility, calming of the mind and of course weight loss."

She Meditates

Harrison revealed to HeatWorld that she loves to practice meditation to help her de-stress. "I'm forever saying it and I will forever repeat myself! Your thoughts are constantly moving like a golf ball in a washing machine, if you don't pause it and stop for a second, you're really going to damage yourself mentally and physically. The only way to mindfully pause your thoughts is to meditate."
