She Includes a Lot of Protein in Her Diet

The model is a huge advocate for getting plenty of protein. She loves eating scrambled eggs and toast, and has even gotten into breakfast beans. Her go-to protein packed snacks include "salami, chips, hummus, carrots and fruit," she said. "Beans and legumes — meaning all types of dried beans, split peas and lentils — are fair game for increasing your protein intake," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Beans and legumes also keep you fuller, longer because they are so rich in fiber. Animal sources of protein, in contrast, have no fiber at all. Beans and legumes are also much higher in antioxidants."

She Loves Dance, Especially Ballet

Gigi enjoys running because it gives her the flexibility to do it anywhere like when she's traveling for work. When a gym is not available, running is a great option in addition to some useful floor exercises like bicycle crunches. "What we can see if that you don't have to run to have the health benefits.
