1. She Trains at The Dogpound
When Hailey hits the gym, she does hardcore workouts. She is one of several stars who hit The Dogpound, a New York City and Los Angeles based workout studio offering hardcore HIIT and strength training style workouts. Recently, the studio shared a video taken from one of her sessions, in which she executes a variety of exercises at the gym, including a sled pull, pull-ups, kettlebell squats, plank pikes, landmine squats, and mountain climbers like a pro. Hailey isn’t a vegetarian or vegan, but she makes sure to pack as many plants into her diet as possible. "I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she recently explained Harper's Bazaar. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils." You will find her eating "a lot of vegetables and fish, not much meat, minimal dairy,” she recently told Byrdie. "I just feel better when I eat that way."

Hailey is a big fan of pilates, she told Bazaar. "I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout."
