Bieber revealed some of her favorite workouts to Vogue. “I really like doing hot Pilates,” she says. “There’s a great place in LA that was started by a girl named Shannon Nadj. 3. She Indulges Sometimes

Bieber makes sure to eat healthy. However, she tells ELLE that she still indulges in her favorite foods at time. "I did go to the Maldives not too long ago," she recalled. Hailey Bieber, renowned for her radiant glow and impeccable fitness, showed off the results this week with an Instagram photo of her in a swimsuit, captioned "Girl Dinner." Despite the cheeky caption, Bieber knows how to treat her body right. Starting each day with a glass of water before indulging in her beloved coffee-on-an-empty-stomach routine, Bieber emphasizes hydration's importance. Her skincare line, Rhode Skin, reflects her commitment to healthy skin. Glazing Milk, a staple from her line, replenishes her skin's vitality, particularly after sun-soaked escapades. Bieber's connection with nature extends beyond aesthetics. She cherishes outdoor workouts, crediting the ocean's saltwater for its soothing effect on her sensitive skin. The allure of Pilates and invigorating boxing sessions further exemplify Bieber's holistic approach to well-being. Keep reading to see the proof.

1. She Drinks Water First Thing In The Morning

Hailey,Bieber,At,The,2nd,Annual,Academy,Museum,Gala,HeldShutterstock

Bieber shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with The Cut. She says that the first thing she does each morning is drink water. “I’m a coffee-on-an-empty-stomach type of person, which I know is not very good for you, so I at least drink water or hot water with lemon before the coffee goes into my body.”

2. She Keeps Her Skin Hydrated

Bieber has amazing skin, and even has her own line of products called Rhode Skin. She shared some of her favorite tips and products with The Cut. Bieber says that she uses her Glazing Milk product to hydrate her skin. “When I’m out in the sun all day and I need that reset of hydration after swimming, especially after being in salt water or the pool, I need that extra oomph before reapplying sunscreen.”

3. She Goes Outside

Bieber shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with E! News. She says that she likes to spend time outside, and not just to get a workout in. "My skin feels the best when I've been in the ocean,” Bieber explained. “Salt water is the best skin healer for me, and I've found that nature can be the most soothing for my sensitive skin."

4. She Loves Pilates

Bieber is a big fan of Pilates. "I used to be a dancer,” she told E! News. “So I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout.” The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates is a great core workout, which means it has many benefits. “When we’re weak or out of alignment, it makes it harder to find our center of gravity, which can make us more prone to injury, especially in moments when we’re trying to perform multiple movements at once (coordination). By strengthening your core, Pilates may make it easier to find your balance — and maintain it.”

5. She Likes to Box

Bieber also likes to box to stay in shape. She told E! News, “I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how to move your body in boxing has been good for mental health." Harvard Health states that since boxing is an aerobic exercise, it has a lot of health benefits. “Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther.”

4. She Boxes

Bieber also told Harper’s Bazaar that she recently started to pick up boxing to help her stay active. “I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how to move your body in boxing has been good for my mental health."

5. She Occasionally Cheats

While Bieber tries to eat healthy, she also isn’t afraid to give herself a break or a cheat day if she feels like she needs it. "I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body but on a recent trip, I was eating whatever I wanted when I was there because it was just like you've got to take advantage of those moments," she told ELLE. "A cheat day for me, the first thing that I crave, I'll eat. That's my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I'm gonna eat pancakes. Hailey eats a very clean diet, limiting gluten and sugar intake. "I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body," she told ELLE.com. "The association between diet and acne isn't clear — but some research suggests that a diet rich in fish oil or fish oil supplements and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin. Drinking plenty of water helps keep your skin hydrated," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Eats Lots of Plants

Hailey detailed her diet to Elle. "On a regular day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie," she said. "Lunch is usually salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich. I don't really eat a lot of gluten so I'm trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons. That's usually one thing I leave out.” And her final meal of the day? “Dinner is usually kind of along the same lines [as lunch]—some sort of vegetable, or pasta, like a gluten free pasta. Chicken, maybe. Sometimes [I'll do dessert]. I really like the Magnum bars, obviously that's a great one. [But I generally try to avoid] sugar. Sugar's a big one for everyone, I think."

4. She Does a Lot of Workouts

1. She’s Been Choosing Plant Based Options

Saying the plant-based diet trend has blown up is truly an understatement. It’s healthier and quite a bit easier than it used to be with there being a lot of plant-based meat replacements available. "Over the past 2 and a ½ months I completely cut out meat (other than fish) out of my daily eating and have been sticking to more vegetarian/vegan dishes," she said on her Instagram. "I have never felt better! Feel so clear and energetic. Just sharing for anyone who may be thinking about cutting out meat," she continued. Hailey Bieber was inspired to try this after her husband, Justin, found out he had Lyme disease. At that point they both really prioritized healthy eating. "I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils," added the model.

2. She Loosens the Reins Sometimes

Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards 2021 - ArrivalsAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Hailey loves her social media accounts, as a popular socialite, so she’s often sharing her perspective on things through her Instagram. One of the things the star shared was about leading a healthy, balanced lifestyle and the picture featured a piece of gluten free lemon poppyseed cake and an iced coffee, showing fans that she still indulges from time to time. "I did go to the Maldives not too long ago," she said. "I felt like that was like, super lavish, indulgent. I was eating whatever I wanted when I was there because it was just like you've got to take advantage of those moments." Indeed.

3. She Makes Gluten Free Choices

10th Annual LACMA ART+FILM GALA Presented By GucciSteve Granitz/FilmMagic

Hailey makes it a point to try her best majority of the time, choosing to eat a very clean diet and limit her sugar intake and the amount of gluten she consumes. "I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body," she told ELLE. A gluten-free diet diet is mainly for those struggling with signs of celiac disease, but it can potentially lead to weight loss, increased energy, and improved health, but there isn’t a lot to back that up according to the Mayo Clinic. That might just be from eating less bread and more fresh foods, but if it’s easier for Hailey to follow a gluten free diet, then more power to her!

4. She Swears By Pilates

ELLE's 27th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration Presented By Ralph Lauren And Lexus - InsideEmma McIntyre/Getty Images

On the Women’s Health Going for Goal podcast, Hailey said she’s in the “best shape” when she’s doing pilates on a regular basis. “Exercise is another thing that keeps my mind and my body really healthy,” said Bieber. “I really like pilates and boxing for cardio. And I'll do a couple of sessions a week in the gym, weight training and cardio.”

5. She Stays Hydrated

"I think drinking a lot of water helps. I try to drink, like, a couple bottles throughout the day. I don't know how many glasses that would amount to, but it's important," Hailey said. According to the Cleveland Clinic, “about 50-75% of your weight is water! Getting enough fluid in your diet is important for everything in your body to work well and be healthy, including your heart, digestion, brain, muscles and skin.”

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
