The 25-year-old supermodel and wife of chart-topping singer Justin Bieber flaunted her fabulous figure in the Maldives this week, showing up in a group photo posted by one of her friends, which she also shared in her Instagram stories. 1. She Does Weight and Strength Training

Hailey completes hardcore workouts at The Dogpound, a New York City and Los Angeles based studio offering HIIT and strength training style workouts. Earlier this year the studio shared a video taken from one of her sessions, and her workout was no joke. Her workout included a sled pull, pull-ups, kettlebell squats, plank pikes, landmine squats, and mountain climbers. Read all about it here.
2. She Eats a Mostly Plant-Based Diet

"I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she recently explained in Harper's Bazaar. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils." She recently told Byrdie that she eats "a lot of vegetables and fish, not much meat, minimal dairy,” adding that her diet isn’t for looks. "I just feel better when I eat that way."
3. She Does Pilates

Hailey also told Bazaar that pilates are her jam. "I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout."
4. She Fights

"I also recently started to box for some cardio," she added to Bazaar. "I found that remembering the combinations and learning how to move your body in boxing has been good for mental health."

Hailey (mostly) eats healthy, but will treat herself on occasion. "A really good cheat day?" she told Byrdie. "A cheeseburger and fries."
6. She Hydrates
"So how much fluid does the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate need? The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is:
- About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men
- About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women," says the Mayo Clinic.
7. Her Lifestyle Is Active
In addition to her busy work and travel schedule, Hailey and Justin spend a lot of time being active, swimming, hiking and paddleboarding.
