She Works Out a Lot

If you want a body like a Sports Illustrated model, plan on hitting the gym. "I tend to workout 4-5 times a week, depending on the week. If it's a hectic week of traveling, I never beat myself up if I can't make it to the gym – as long as I keep my body moving and make good food choices, I'm happy! I don't workout to stay a certain size, I workout to improve my long-term health," she told Husskie.

Her Diet Is Healthy

Haley starts her day early and eats healthy all day long. "I'm always up before 7am. I start with raspberries and strawberries with oatmeal or yogurt in the morning. I also love hard boiled and scrambled eggs. Sometimes I'll throw some leftover chicken into an omelet for some extra protein. I'm all about quick and easy meals," she told Husskie. For snacks, she loves fruit, cashews, and almonds. What does she eat for lunch? "I have a strange obsession with soup. Chicken noodle, chili, beef and broccoli… I could eat soup all day long. So, you'll usually find me at Panera bread around noon with a soup and a Fuji Apple chicken salad… maybe even one of their warm chocolate chip cookies. Yum," she said. "Living in NYC, you tend to eat dinner out with your friends after work… so most of my dinners are around 7pm. They are usually some type of meat, usually chicken or salmon, paired with rice and veggies… and, depending on the restaurant, something from the delicious bread basket."

Haley has a sweet tooth. "I love dessert – I could eat cake and cookies for every meal. Warm chocolate chip cookies are my kryptonite. If I'm having dessert, it's cookies or a molten lava cake paired with vanilla ice cream," she told Husskie.

She Doesn't Eat Late at Night

Haley tries not to eat late at night and goes to bed early. "I try not to eat after 8pm. If I am eating after 8pm, it's probably late night pizza or Chinese food with my friends on the weekend. I try to be in bed by 10pm every night – unless I get caught up in an epic Netflix binge," she told Husskie.

She Cheats on the Weekend

Monday through Friday Haley sticks to a healthy diet, but is more lenient on her off days. "Weekends are my time to eat whatever I want," says Haley. "If I'm craving pizza, I'll eat pizza. If I'm craving a plate full of spaghetti, I'll eat spaghetti. I love junk food. As long as I'm keeping my body moving and fueling it with healthy foods during the week, the weekend is my time to indulge in all my junk food favorites."

6

She Takes a Multivitamin

"I actually don't take any supplements besides a standard multivitamin," Haley revealed to Husskie. "And yes, I take it in gummy form because it tastes ten times better.

7

She Loves Fast Food

Haley loves eating fast food. "Everyone who follows me on social media knows my obsession with Taco Bell. I eat it at least once a week. Two chipotle chicken griller, a chicken and cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce, cinnamon twists, and a large Sierra Mist. It's my favourite food on this planet," she told Husskie. She also shares photo on social media of her other unhealthy eats, including Popeyes.

She Goes to Therapy

How does Haley keep her head on straight? "I see a therapist, and it is the greatest decision I have ever made," she told Sports Illustrated. "You are not weak for reaching out for help. Life can be really hard, especially right now with the global pandemic. There is nothing stronger than reaching out for help when you need it. It's so nice to converse with someone who listens, loves and understands. She also pushes and challenges me in an attempt to make me the best version of myself. She is a place of safety and comfort for me. I would encourage everyone to see a therapist because they truly can change your life."
