Cavinder and her sister are D1 athletes at the University of Miami. Specifically, Cavinder plays basketball. Better Health reports that the sport has a lot of benefits. "Basketball involves a lot of starting and stopping. While not renowned as an aerobic sport, it is still a great workout that can help you: burn calories (an hour of basketball can burn 630–750 calories). Build endurance. "Me and Haley really focus on high-protein meals," she says. "We are creatures of habit, so we do eat the same thing throughout the whole week…We definitely like to focus on high-protein meals, food that just fuels our body."
Cavinder likes to cook some of her own meals. In the same video, she is seen making dinner for herself and her sister. "I'm just prepping dinner for Haley and I to eat," she says. "We are making this healthy barbecued chicken sandwich. You can definitely eat healthy, high-protein, if you find the right ingredients."
