She Does Yoga

Qureshi loves to do yoga as a way to stay in shape. She posted this set of photos of herself in a bridge pose on Instagram. She captioned the post, "Slow and Steady…. One day at a time towards a stronger ME!!" To do a bridge pose: "Start by lying on your back. Keep your feet shoulder-length apart with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Start with your hands at your sides, palms down, on the floor. Inhale and push your hips up. Keep your head, neck and shoulders flat on the floor. Place your hands on your back, pointing fingers toward your lower back and keeping the thumbs on your sides. Breathe deeply. For a more advanced option, try walking your feet out further while in the bridge pose. Hold the pose for 30 seconds. Then walk your feet back. Then move your arms to your sides on the floor. Lower your hips," says the Mayo Clinic

One note from the experts though: "Cleanses aren't effective for long-term weight loss," registered dietitian Kate Patton, MEd, RD, CSSD, LD tells the Cleveland Clinic. "The weight you lose from a cleanse is a result of losing water, carbohydrate stores and stool, which all return after you resume a regular diet."
