She Makes Sure To See Doctors

Sainz is a cancer survivor. She tells HOLA that she is making sure to see doctors and stay on top of her health. "A year later, I see it as a big scare. Now I go to check-ups and take some pills, which, thank God, make me feel great. There is always the fear that it can be reproduced, but you live with it and that's it."

She Boxes

Sainz makes sure to workout on a regular basis. "I usually train three or four times a week," she tells HOLA. Sainz also revealed one of her favorite exercises to do. "I do boxing, which is very complete and comes in handy on a psychological level as it releases a lot of adrenaline. Starting the day hitting a bag feels great (laughs)."

She Cooks Healthy Options

Sainz eats pretty healthy. She tells HOLA that she also likes to cook healthy meals. "Because of the diet we have, which is healthy, we prepare a lot of vegetables and fish…I like to eat everything, but I avoid fats, sauces and sweets, as a general rule. When I left home so young, I started to control my diet early, and it is a habit that I have acquired."

She Picks Healthy Restaurants

Sainz makes sure to eat at healthy restaurants when she decides to eat out. "When I eat out, I usually go to a restaurant in the center of Madrid called Estimar. It is run by chef Rafa Zafra and has a spectacular fish bar. I also really like Filipino food, which my son's caretaker is from there and cooks super well. We like sotanghon , which is like a noodle soup with vegetables and chicken. It is exotic and very healthy."

She Bikes

Sainz spends a lot of time outside. One outdoor activity she likes to do to stay in shape is go on bike rides. Sainz posted this photo on Instagram of herself biking through San Jose. She captioned it, "Casual bike and heels." Sainz also posted this biking video from the same day.
