"I don't eat fried foods, I don't follow a specific diet, but I try not to consume so much carbohydrate. Now I'm on vacation and I relax, but when I work I eat much more hypocaloric, I take good care of myself with food, but because I also like it," Ingrid told Mamás Bellas when asked about her diet.

She Burns Calories From Her "Super Physical" Job

Ingrid doesn't go to the gym a lot, but stays in shape with the help of her active lifestyle. "I run all day from one place to another, so I don't have much time between the amount of work I do and my mother's work, I run a lot. My job is super physical. I don't do an exercise routine, the free time I have I try to be with my daughter or I sleep. I try to go to the gym sometimes," she told the same publication.

She Loves Her Body

A few years ago, Ingrid revealed that she loves her body. "At 44 years old I can say that I am happy with my body. I take care of it, eat healthy and enjoy it. I don't care about stereotypes, I care about being happy and healthy," she said in an Instagram post. And her message for haters, is "if they are going to throw bad vibes, go to another Instagram. I don't engage with bad vibes."

She Does Yoga

Ingrid loves doing yoga. "No matter perfecting the posture… it matters the process. Like life itself!!! Been practicing these balance and endurance poses for several days now… They calm my head because I focus on my body and breathing. And today I move a little further 💃🏻. Small achievements that give me happiness!!!! For some it may be very easy, others will criticize my body.. I… I am happy with finding balance….." she captioned an Instagram post.

Ingrid also boxes to stay in shape, picking up the sport while prepping for a movie role. "A different workout, not to be fitter or to look good (it helps the same)… if not a workout to give life to a part of my new character!" she captioned a post
