Ira Khan, the 25-year-old daughter of the legendary Aamir Khan, celebrated her birthday this weekend. She decided to have a pool party with her loved ones for the occasion. 1. She’s Motivated
In this Instagram post, Khan opened up about her attempts to lose weight. She says that she has tried things, and while they were not sustainable, they still had a positive effect. She writes that she is now a lot more motivated and committed to staying healthy. “I did find a renewed motivation to try harder. And I found a rhythm. I'm doing everything I can to hold on to it now.”
2. She Self-Reflected
In the same post, Khan writes that she did a lot of self-reflection in the past. “I did a lot of thinking and reflection and monitoring. I learnt some cool things. Things in the self work department and general life epiphanies that I'm really looking forward to sharing. A lot of them are practices that I need to start doing myself. So as I do, I'll be sharing them.”
