Women's pro-wrestling champ, Jade Cargill, is absolutely ripped. To prove it, she just shared a revealing new photo on Instagram. In it, she sat on a bed in a green and purple flame bathing suit. Cargill's amazing six-pack was on display. She captioned the post, "Self confidence is the best outfit. Rock it. Own it." How does she stay so fit? She Wrestles

Cargill is a professional wrestler, which keeps her in good shape. She tells Muscle And Fitness that she is always learning new techniques and forms of wrestling. "Right now, I'm actually getting more in-tune with British wrestling and prior to this I didn't have much knowledge of it, and how different the style is but also how technical it is, so I'm learning all of that right now and trying to fit it into my form of wrestling. It's a blessing, I'm very thankful."


She Deleted Twitter

Cargill made the decision to leave Twitter. She opened up about what led to this to "I love that people just assume the worst. Bryan Danielson and I were in training. He talked about '90s babies not being able to live without social media. This was to Daniel Garcia, myself, and a couple of other people. I was born in 1992. I was around when the beeper was around, and landlines. I can live without social media. He went on my phone to see how many hours I'm on my phone a day. It was something ridiculous. He said he only spent an hour a day on his phone. I felt kind of embarrassed. He said, 'Why don't you get rid of one of your social media [feeds] for a little bit? Let's see where your numbers go from there.' He said to pick the most toxic app. I thought Twitter. I deleted it."


She's Consistent

Cargill tells that she is consistent with her workouts. "You have to put in the work," she says. "I do two-a-days, four days a week. I don't just put the work in at the gym, but in the ring as well. I'm new, and he knew that and knows that. I've probably had four matches in the last five or six months. That is not a lot at all, but I'm in the gym when waiting to be called to have a match. I'm growing."


She Wants To Inspire Her Daughter

Cargill wants to inspire young people. Specifically, her daughter. She tells that her daughter watching her wrestle inspires her. "Just having my daughter there inspires me a lot, because I'm here for the next generation. If my daughter ever wants to pursue wrestling, she has some shoes to fill. I want her to feel comfortable walking into this type of industry. I want her to see the representation of a black woman."


She Works Out Her Arms

Cargill has to stay in shape for her career. She makes sure to do full-body workouts. Cargill makes sure to work out her upper body. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself doing a pull-up at the gym. She captioned it, "Hanging around."
