Singer Jana Kramer celebrated her 38th birthday this week. She decided to take a trip to Little Palm Island, and posted a new bikini photo of herself lying on the beach. Kramer wore a black bikini, and captioned the photo, “I’m sorry I’m unavailable right now. Kramer shared a throwback photo to her time on the show One Tree Hill, and also shared a video of her golfing on Instagram. She captioned the post, “I’ve come a long way from my Alex Dupree days. Meaning the ball actually goes somewhere.”
2. She Hits The Beach & Pool
Kramer is a big fan of going to the pool and the beach. She posts a lot of photos of herself enjoying the water on Instagram.
3. She Works With A Trainer

Kramer works with personal trainer, Erin Opera, to help her stay in shape. Opera has worked with many other country singers, including Carrie Underwood and Kelsea Ballerini. The two appeared in a BUILD Series video talking about STRONG by Zumba.

Kramer’s trainer, Erin Oprea, says that the singer eats a healthy diet, and that it is a big factor in maintaining her figure. “I contribute so much of it to her eating,” Oprea said to Us Weekly. “She’s a clean eater and she’s gorgeous.”
5. She’s A Runner

Kramer revealed on her Instagram stories that she’s an avid runner. “I love a good run in the morning,” she said. "Being active and engaging in regular aerobic exercise is important for overall heart health and wellness. Typically, 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity five days a week is recommended for most healthy adults. Running is a simple, low-cost exercise, and you should be commended for starting a new exercise regimen," says the Mayo Clinic.
6. She Avoids Looking On Her Phone In The Mornings
Kramer says that she’s avoiding using her phone in the mornings, and that the COVID-19 pandemic helped her make this change. "I have to say one of my favorite habits I broke in the morning was I would usually go straight to Instagram,” she said on her Instagram story. But when everything happened, the last thing I wanted to look [at] was my phone. So it really helped me get into a good habit of just not picking up my phone.”
