Jennifer Grey is exploring a new city in her swimsuit. The Dirty Dancing star looks incredible in her swimsuit in one of her latest social media posts. “Sometimes when you go for 24 hrs to a city you’ve never been to, and where you know no one, you might find yourself being taken care of by perfect strangers… the kindness of my driver, tom, had arranged for me to get a few solitary hours on the baby powder sand, so that i might bob and float in the gentle aquamarine surf. upon our arrival at 'the pink lady' i was greeted by julie, who escorted me down to the water’s edge where a covered sun bed awaited my arrival,” she captioned the Instagram post devoted to her “mini adventure” that was “so full of heart!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 6 ways Jennifer Grey stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Eats “Healthy Food” That She Looks “Forward to Eating”

“My only dietary requirement is that I only eat food that I look forward to eating,” Jennifer tells New Beauty. “For me, that means lot of healthy food like delicious salads and fish, but also pastas. For snacks, I always have hardboiled eggs, yogurt, berries, almond butter, avocados, and bread of course. Lately I’ve become obsessed with baking sourdough bread like everyone else since COVID. I make it every other day so we always have this fresh loaf, and then I slather it with butter and jam or cheese. I recently made my first homemade plum jam. I don’t like to deny myself when it comes to food. To me, food is nourishment and food is to be enjoyed. It’s just about balance.”

2. She Dances

“I believe whole-heartedly that age is a mindset. Biological age is what it is, but I truly believe it’s more about how you feel—how you feel in your body and how you feel about your body,” she adds to True Beauty. “My energy has always been something that is very integral to my identity, and I know that in order to feel my best, I need to move my body regularly. And in order to ensure that I do that, I need to enjoy whatever it is that I’m doing. I love being physically strong and staying out of pain because pain is not fun.” Her main form of fitness? Dancing. While she took “all kinds of dance classes” growing up, after Dirty Dancing she took a hiatus, until she did Dancing with the Stars at 50. “Even though I was in great shape, I could feel the difference between what my body could do then versus before just because of the natural changes that occur due to aging,” she says. “After Dancing With The Stars, I fell back in love with dance. I became obsessed with social dancing and last year, I was back in ballet class and I actually started dancing on point, for the first time in my life. I don’t think I’ll ever stop dancing. No matter how old I am, I’m going to shift and adjust to whatever makes my body happy.” She adds: “If you’re struggling to find motivation to exercise, I recommend finding exercise that you look forward to you, not dread. For me, it’s a variety of dance classes. Finding a groove and getting a rhythm. I try to make sure that wherever possible, whenever possible, I try to make as many of my choices pleasure-based. I feel energized when I’m excited.”

3. She Does “Foundation Training”

Jennifer also does foundation training, designed to strengthen your lower back, remedy posture and redefine the core. “It was created by two guys, one of which is my strength coach, Peter Park,” she tells Parade. “They came up with it so that people wouldn’t have to have back surgery. It’s always hard, but it’s the most effective way that I have mitigated pain. I believe there are ways to never stop moving. If I take a couple of days off or travel, I can be in a lot of pain because my body doesn’t like the static. It needs to rest, but I prefer standing to sitting, walking to sitting. I just want to be moving.”

4. She Meditates

“I’ve learned to appreciate that life is messy. It’s complicated for everybody. I like to focus on what makes me happy. And how do I pack more of that into my day? How do I make it not the exception but the rule? How many ingredients can I put into my day that actually lift my spirits?” she says to Parade. “It’s very simple stuff like being in nature, taking a moment to meditate or to recognize gratitude.”

5. She Prioritizes Mental Health

Jennifer also takes cre of her mind. “Mental health has to be front and center,” she tells Parade. “To me, it’s about community. It’s about having a really solid group of people that check in with me and who I check in with. Feeling like you’re in a pack is really critical for not feeling alone with whatever you’re going through.”

6. She Avoids Fast Food and Anything Processed

“I don’t think about losing weight,” Jennifer tells Parade. “I think about being healthy. I have a very naturally healthy palate—although I do like those vegan marshmallows a lot. I eat lightly because I don't have a huge appetite. I'm always snacking, and I know what makes my body happy. I think of it like fuel and pleasure. I don't make myself eat things I don't like, and I don't restrict myself from things I love. But I'm not interested in fast food or a lot of processed things.”

So here goes nothing…Growing up, it was just me and mom until my step dad adopted me at a young age. I am a melting pot of Japanese white and black and everyone in my family is all blonde hair and blue eyed so I always felt different. My idea of beauty was not me. It was what was in my immediate vicinity. I never truly felt beautiful. I remember seeing women in Sports Illustrated as I got older and they were all so beautiful and unique in their own ways. Being beautiful and sexy can be any color and any size. And it’s not just an outward appearance these women represent strength, acceptance, and even more so changed the way I viewed beauty. I relate to the women in this magazine in a BIG way and they will never know the acceptance I felt by just knowing there’s others out there just like me!”

Millie loves to exercise by fighting. “It’s not a training workout. I train to box,” she told Vulture. “Obviously I don’t want to do it professionally. But I have done some inter-clubs before. It’s at Phoenix MMA U.K., down in London. It’s a great gym, and I have lots of friends. Because I’m homeschooled, I get kind of lonely sometimes. So I like to go to the gym. I do Thai boxing Mondays, jujitsu Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Wednesdays I do boxing with Mark. He was a world champion at one point. I absolutely love it. I actually have a punching bag right outside in my garden. I’m obsessed with working out. I eat like a pig so it kind of makes up for that.”

“I love aerial silks. It's always been a passion of mine,” Millie told Glamour UK. “So I find using aerial silks really fun and therapeutic – it gives me a break from the world. And you find art within it. While I was doing it, I thought, gosh, the silks in so many ways represent womanhood: there’s strength, both masculinity and femininity, and you can create poses and shapes that are so different to show your sexuality,” she continued. “It represents so much: you can be big and you can be tiny and you can be afraid of the silk. You can be afraid of the height you are going at. You can be afraid of how low you are. And so it represents a story.”

5. She Hikes

Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Toni Breidinger is no stranger to pushing limits, whether she’s dominating the racetrack or powering through an intense workout. The NASCAR driver and social media star isn’t just about speed—she’s also serious about strength, endurance, and staying mentally sharp. In her latest update, Breidinger gave fans a glimpse of her exercise routine, proving that her fitness game is just as strong as her driving skills. From explosive box jumps to tracking her progress with fitness apps, she follows a well-rounded approach to training that keeps her in peak condition. But it’s not just about the physical—her mindset plays a huge role in her success. Here’s a look at the habits that keep her at the top of her game.

She Doesn’t Let Pressure Get To Her

Breidinger tells Marin Living that she doesn’t let the pressures of racing get to her, and that this has helped with her career. “I don’t really feel added pressure, more like a sense of responsibility to pave the way so other minorities have better opportunity to come up through motor sports,” she says on how she feels about her groundbreaking status. “I take a lot of pride to be able to represent in NASCAR and it’s amazing how much support I’ve received from Arab girls and women.”

She’s Motivated

Breidinger is extremely motivated when it comes to her career. She talked about where this comes from to The Modems. “I am very ambitious and stubborn so I feel like I naturally keep myself motivated to reach my goals, but I also have my bad days where motivation is just a struggle. I’m lucky because the people I surround myself with are always there to lift me up and keep me on a positive mindset.”

She’s Positive

Breidinger is a big believer in having a positive mindset. She tells The Modems that this is one of the reasons for her success. “I’ve gotten so much good career advice over the years but the best one was, ‘Mindset is what separates the best from the rest’. I always knew a positive mindset was important but I never really applied it to my life until this year and it really has changed my life for the better. It sounds cliché but I swear by it.”

She Tracks Her Fitness

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
