1

Approach Health with Balance

Jennifer has a balanced approach to health. "I really don't follow any such fitness regime because frankly there is no time for that and somehow I feel I am blessed with a good body," she said in an interview. "Overall balance" is key, she explains. "Eat right, sleep well and eat everything but not in excess," she added to TellyChakkar

2

Do Yoga

Jennifer avoids HIIT workouts. "I hate using the gym and prefer maybe a run or walk whenever possible," she said. "There are no sport activities I indulge in at all." She added to TellyChakkar, "No workouts; I believe in yoga."

3

Maintain a Healthy Diet

Jennifer's diet is incredibly healthy. "I drink vegetable juice every day, be it any vegetable, which is a must for me!" she said, "also a cup of green tea is something I have every day too." Overall she prioritizes diet over exercise. "According to me, eating the right type of food is even more important than heading to the gym or extensively exercising, as healthy food really helps maintain the body well!" She offered details about her diet to TellyChakkar, starting with breakfast, which consists of juice. "Lunch generally consists of… home cooked food, dal , rice, chappatis , salad and maybe, a piece of chicken." For snack she noshes on fruit. Dinner "is almost similar to my lunch." And dessert? "I don't have a sweet tooth but I love to eat chocolates."

4

Don't Eat Out

Jennifer prefers home cooked meals to dining out. "For me, any food made at home is healthy, and so I eat anything that comes from home! And yes I mostly avoid eating out, so I am kind of conscious about that though."

5

Avoid Crash Diets

Jennifer just says no to crash diets. "What's more important is to look and feel healthy," Jennifer told Her Zindagi. "The extremity of any kind doesn't work. Everyone's body isn't the same so what works for someone else may not necessarily work for you. Crash dieting is an absolute no for anyone!"
