The Only Way Is Essex star, Jessica Wright, is currently expecting her first child with her husband William Lee-Kemp. However, she's still posing in swimsuits, and enjoying days at the beach. She Drinks Green Juices On An Empty Stomach

 

Wright tells Closer Online that she loves to drink green juices. She says that she will even drink green juice on an empty stomach on mornings where she's hitting the gym. "If I'm running around and going to the gym, I won't have a proper breakfast but I'll have a fresh juice of ginger, apple, celery and cucumber."

She Eats Healthy Snacks

Wright says to Closer Online that she tends to snack on healthy items. She says that her favorites are, "Fruit, chocolate rice cakes, pea rice snaps dipped in hummus, popcorn or protein bars."

She Takes Supplements

While preparing for her wedding, Wright reached out to wellness coach Simone Thomas, to help her get healthy. According to a post on Thomas' website, Wright took supplements to improve her diet.

She Has No Time For Body-Shamers

Wright has had to deal with social media haters and body shamers during her life and career. However, in a 2017 interview with MailOnline, Wright says that she's not only ignoring trolls, she's letting the negativity fuel her health journey. "It's hard, but I just" ignore them, she said. "I have lost some weight. So far I've lost about five pounds."

She Works Out Five Times A Week

Wright tells MailOnline that she makes sure to work out on a regular basis, and that she's seeing results. "I found that working out five times a week it give you a boost of energy, confidence, and you don't lose weight and put it all back on again."
