Jessie James Decker is a mother of three and feels all the better for it. "I feel like I have more energy now and I feel more proud of myself because I had two kids and know I really accomplished something,” she told Self. "Every woman has those days where she nit-picks herself, but I feel like there are not as many as there used to be."

“When I was first came out it was crazy to just go to the supermarket and get recognized; it just wasn’t something I was used to. Beckham shared her workout of the week, which included strength training. “One strength-training tip: Don't forget to breathe freely when you're lifting the weight. Most people think that they're breathing when they're doing strength-training exercises, but they may be holding their breath. It's important to inhale and exhale fully between each repetition. The key is to avoid straining when holding your breath. You may find it helpful to exhale during the more strenuous phase of the exercise and inhale during the less strenuous phase,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Rexha revealed she has felt bad about her weight. "I don't feel good in my skin and when I don't feel good, I don't want to post," she said. "And that's really honestly the reason I haven't been posting in the last year or so as much as I used to." But over the holidays, she shared some kindness about it. "To the person who is feeling down this holiday season, you got this and you will get through," she wrote in a tweet. "Sending you love."

“I love working out. Actually, in the last lockdown I went a bit crazy, I was doing like five or six sessions a week and I never normally do that, but I just genuinely really enjoyed it. I loved walking my dogs and making sure I have time off my phone. I get such headaches sometimes when I’m on it too much. I like doing little things like having a bath or a face mask, spending time with my friends,” she told Heatworld.
