She Eats Three Healthy Meals Each Day

Chimondes broke down her daily diet in an interview with Closer Online. She says that she keeps her three meals pretty healthy. "Breakfast is Kefir yoghurt with granola, blueberries and banana, or I'll make blueberry mini pancakes. For lunch, I'll have quinoa mixed with diced chicken, or smoked salmon with poached eggs on Ryvita rye breads. In the evening, I'll have smoked salmon with Philadelphia, sweet potato, and rice on the side. Or I'll make a stir-fry with steak in the wok, and throw in kale, carrots and a black bean sauce."

She Eats Healthy Snacks

Chimondes loves to snack. However, she always makes sure to reach for healthy options when she wants something to tide her over. "I'm big on snacking," she tells Closer Online. "I'll have Babybels, Fridge Raiders bites, jelly and guacamole with celery sticks. I also like fruit salads."

She's Getting Back To Exercising

Chimondes revealed in this Instagram video that she took a break from working out regularly. However, she revealed that she is getting back into it, and that she is feeling a lot better. Chimondes wrote in the caption, "I think when you exercise, mentally you don't realise how much you start taking care of yourself in so many different fields."

She Does Full Body Workouts

In the same Instagram video, Chimondes is seen doing squats while lifting hand barbells. She says in the caption that she likes to do a lot of full-body exercises in the gym. "My first session back was a KILLER! Felt like I couldn't breathe. This was a full body session so for those who try it out, let me know how you get on!"

She Visits The Doctor

Chimondes opened up about a health scare she had on her Instagram stories. She revealed that she found a lump on her breast, and immediately sought medical attention. She also encouraged her followers to do the same in similar situations. "Guys, girls, get checked because you've just got to be super, super, super careful," she said. "Don't wait out to see if it goes, or doesn't go, just get checked."
