Hauer tells HELLO! Magazine that she works with former Strictly pro and mindset coach, Camilla Dallerup to help with her wellbeing. "When I need her, I make a quick phone call and say 'this is what's happening. I need to talk'. It's any movement at all. So whether you turn on your favourite tunes and just dance while you're cleaning the house or start marching on the spot when you're watching telly, it all counts."

I can open the doors and walk outside and I just feel my lungs opening. I have a good balance. It's hard because I work a lot in London, but when I go home, I'm at peace."
