1

Balanced Diet

Glinka sticks to a healthy diet but allows room for treats and indulgences. "Of course, I try to eat healthy, [I] do not combine fats with carbohydrates," she says. "I feel that for my body, this is a very good direction. But that doesn't mean I'm not tempted. My mother cooks according to very traditional Polish cuisine and I can't imagine that being on a healthy diet I won't eat pork chops with potatoes at my mother's. Of course I will. I try to be reasonable about everything. The main thing is not to forget about movement."

2

Swimming, Cycling, and Tennis

Glinka loves staying active and trying out new sports.  "Of course, the swimming pool relaxes me the most, and the sauna, which I love, although I'm not sure if it's healthy in excess," she jokes. "I go skiing, cycling and I also like to play tennis."

3

Pregnancy Workouts

Glinka was thrilled when her doctor not only gave her the go-ahead to exercise during pregnancy, but recommended it. "I know it's not always possible, but I didn't think it was actually advisable!" she says. "Can a woman who takes care of herself exclude such an important element as physical activity in everyday life? NO ! Definitely not! The changes that motherhood brings are the perfect reason to start taking care of the two of you now, with double strength!"

4

Managing Stress

Glinka manages stress to avoid it negatively impacting her health. "I try not to regret anything in life. I believe that each person has their own story and adventure," she says. "What happens to us has meaning. I try to stick to it. The feeling of grief causes a lot of tension and unnecessary pressure, and this is not good for health (laughs). So, once again, I have no regrets in my life. This may sound a bit selfish, but it's true. Even bad decisions enrich our lives."

5

Focusing on Mindfulness

Glinka says having children taught her the value of mental as well as physical health. "After the birth of my son, I decided that I no longer needed such an intense and overstimulated world," she says. "And indeed, these were not just empty words or reflections, because since then I have started working a lot less. I focused on mindfulness, started working on myself, started asking myself many questions that turned out to be crucial and it was a turning point."
