Katie Piper and her husband just went on vacation. She just shared some highlights on her Instagram. In two photos, Piper enjoyed a day at the pool. She wore a blue one piece with white splashes. She captioned the post, “The kids went to Grandmas and we went to RETREAT! A two night stay @glasshouseretreat was amazing. I haven’t relaxed like this in years. A plant based diet, quiet rooms, walks, bike hire, treatments and as much or as little exercise as you want. I even read a book! Thank you to the lovely team @glasshouseretreat for the reset I’m ready now for the week ahead on the radio covering the early morning breakfast show. Alarm set.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Drinks Hot Water In The Morning

Pride Of Britain Awards 2022Karwai Tang/WireImage

Piper broke down her wellness routine to Women’s Health. She says that she starts her day off with different healthy beverages. “I have shots of turmeric and ginger with hot water,” she says, “I need something that really feels like it's picking me up.”

2. She Waits To Eat

Hello! Inspiration Awards - VIP ArrivalsDave Benett/Getty Images

When it comes to eating, Piper likes to wait until the late morning. However, it’s not because she intermittent fasts. She says to Women’s Health that she waits until she’s free to eat. “I'll probably eat something at around 11am,” she says. “I just don't eat until I'm actually hungry. And I am so rushed and stressed in the morning that it's not a mindful way to eat.”

3. She Weight Trains

Piper tells Women’s Health that she likes to push herself when she works out. She says that she loves to weight train as a way of staying in shape. “It's good to push forward and go into other spaces,” she says. “Lifting weights is a good break from cardio.”

4. She Cooks

Piper broke down her typical day to Healthwellbeing.com. She says that she likes to cook healthy meals for her family. “I really enjoy cooking and try to eat home-made dishes,” she says. “I use fresh ingredients, but they need to be quick and satisfying! I usually go for lean protein like salmon or chicken with a huge pile of veggies.”

5. She Limits Alcohol

Piper tells Express that she isn’t a big drinker. She says that she limits her alcohol consumption because it helps with her diet. She also says that it helps her avoid bloating. “I don’t drink a lot of alcohol,” she says. “I find alcohol bloats you and it makes you make bad food choices the next day.”

Katie McGlynn is best known for her time on the hit series, Coronation Street. She’s currently having a spa day, and is sharing highlights on her Instagram. One thing she is doing is going to the sauna. McGlynn posted a new photo of herself outside the sauna in a green leopard print bathing suit. She captioned the post, “Blissful spa day.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Processes Her Feelings

TV Choice Awards 2022 – ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

McGlynn opened up to Revive Magazine about what it was like to leave Coronation Street, and how she handles her feelings. “At the time of filming, I didn’t feel affected. The days were so hectic, and there wasn’t enough time to think about it. When I did feel sad, I just thought about why we were doing it and the people we were doing it for. During upsetting scenes, we’d try to have a laugh and cheer each other up in between filming. We’re all a big family at Corrie. It wasn’t until I left the show, I realised the storyline had affected me emotionally. At this point, you’ve got to talk about it and process it in your mind – that’s when it hit me personally.”

2. She Wants To Raise Awareness

McGlynn wants to raise awareness about things. She tells Revive that she pushed for her character on Coronation Street to have terminal cancer, to give people more information about it. “At first, it was unclear whether the cancer would be terminal or if Sinead would survive, but I wanted it to be terminal to raise awareness. While a lot of people do survive, a lot don’t, and often on TV shows you don’t see the true reality. With a platform like Coronation Street, it was an excellent opportunity to showcase the truth. We were in a great position to make a difference.”

3. She Works With A Trainer

Pride Of Britain Awards 2022Karwai Tang/WireImage

In 2019, McGlynn decided to get healthier. She opened up about her journey on Instagram. One thing she did was work with a trainer, and shared what her weekly sessions were like in different posts. In McGlynn’s first post, she wrote, “First week of my Body Transformation at @up_north_pt. After a busy year of filming, my fitness has really taken a backseat and I don’t feel 100% myself so I’ve decided it’s time to hit the reset button. Over the next few months I’m challenging both my mind and body - solely focusing on my training and nutrition. I’ve trained at U.P. for years and completely fell in love with it, so I’m really excited to get stuck in again... but now under the watchful eye of @oliviadevall. I have definitely felt it this week. It’s been really tough and I’ve noticed I’m not as strong as usual, but I am SO ready for this...bring it on!”

4. She Used An Eating Plan

To get in shape, McGlynn went on a diet plan. She talked about it in an interview with Express. “It was simple to follow the diet,” she says. "There were no shakes, or packets of this or that. Just good fats, like salmon, eggs and nut butter. I don’t eat red meat, and I’ve been having oats at night because they help me sleep.”

5. She Sticks With Things

McGlynn is committed to staying healthy. She tells Express that she plans on sticking with her new lifestyle, even after the plan ends. “After my programme is finished, I won’t stop. I’m going to carry on with it, because I have a taste for fitness now." McGlynn opened up about why she wants to keep this up. “I’m more confident than I’ve ever been, and I have more energy.”

Vicky Pattison, star of Geordie Shore, Ex on the Beach and Judge Geordie, has never not been outspoken. Sharing pictures of her weight loss today, she doesn’t disappoint, using them as chance to stick up for women everywhere, and show the reality of what losing pounds looks like. How does she stay so fit and so strong, and what was her message? Read on to see 5 ways Vicky Pattison stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. This is How She Lost the Weight

“So I've recently lost abit of weight- it's not quite the overnight miracle everyone on social media seems to think it is- it's been happening gradually over the last year through an amalgamation of things & much to everyone's disappointment I'm sure- there's no great big secret to how I did it. I got my contraceptive out my arm after 15years which had a huge impact on my body & also I got the worlds most energetic Pup- who we love DEARLY but needs to be walked between 2-3 hours daily 😂 So there you have it, I'm sorry I can't flog you a transformative pill or workout but you're all lush as you are anyway so please stop being so hard on yourselves ♥️,” she captioned the photos.

2. She is an Advocate for Women

ITV Palooza 2019 - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

“Although most people have been really kind about my new bod- there have been quite a lot of nasty comments with people even going as far to say they only liked me before when I was, in their words, an advocate for curvy women,” she wrote. “Listen, I am an advocate for WOMEN full stop. Whatever your shape, whatever your size- & the only reason I started doing my 'Instas versus reality' in the 1st place was to show everyone that we are all capable of taking a good picture for the gram- & we shouldn't be comparing our beautiful bodies to anyone else's- especially not someone else's carefully curated Social media ones.”

3. She Says There’s a Difference Between Posed vs. More Relaxed

National Television Awards 2020 - VIP ArrivalsDave Benett/Getty Images

“If I want to stretch up, put my hands behind my head & suck my tummy in- The end result is going to be this first pic. However if I relax, allow gravity to do its thing & stop trying so hard.. my body moves (Spoiler alert, all bodies move & I quite like my squishy tummy- it's where my pizza lives 😂) the end result is more like this second one,” she explained of the photos. “These posts were only ever meant to encourage all of us to stop beating ourselves up or comparing our bodies to the super posed & unrealistic ones on social. It's ok to want posed pics or more relaxed ones- to let it all hang out or want to go balls to the wall.”

4. She Says It’s Not OK to Tear Women Down

Sex & the City Apartment Pop-Up LaunchMike Marsland/Getty Images

“The only thing that isn't ok is telling another woman how YOU think she should look. Instead of tearing other women down, we should be building each other up... We're all beautiful in our own unique way & trust me, we're all capable of getting a sick pic for Insta 😂” she concluded.

5. She Sets Goals, and You Can, Too

Vicky Pattison attends the launch of Puttshack, Bank inPhil Lewis/Getty Images

“I write out my goals for the week as well as how I plan to achieve them,” Pattison has said. “Eating healthier sounds like a good idea. But what does it really mean? Aim for specific goals instead, such as eliminating soda, eating five servings of vegetables a day or limiting your daily sugar intake to 30 grams of added sugar,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Losing 10 pounds a week sounds great. But it's an impossible goal that likely will leave you discouraged — and more likely to give up on your efforts. Choosing realistic goals that you can meet will reinforce your efforts and keep you moving forward. Losing one pound per week is a realistic and sustainable goal.”

Jamie Otis, the influencer, author, podcaster, and reality star, is looking forward to the warmer weather. Otis celebrated Memorial Day Weekend, and posted a stunning new reel on Instagram. In it, Otis walked in a desert canyon. She wore a black bathing suit, showing off her body. She captioned the reel, “This weekend marks the beginning of summer.☀️ We all have body hair, stretch marks, cellulite, and rolls…Wear the suit and go enjoy yourself.👙😎🏝.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jamie Otis stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Embraces Her Body

Otis is proud of her body, and she wants people to know it. She talks about self-love and body positivity on a lot of her Instagram posts, including her most recent Memorial Day reel. “We all have body hair, stretch marks, cellulite, and rolls,” Otis wrote. “Wear the suit and go enjoy yourself.”

2. She No Longer Takes “Before & After” Photos

One thing Otis is doing to help herself stay confident is not taking “before and after” photos for social media, especially after having her two kids. She revealed her explanations for doing this in this reel. “I'm never taking a degrading "before" pic again. It's just not for me anymore. After having my first rainbow baby, my goal was to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes asap. It was never about health. It's taken me decades to learn that I'm more than my pant size & the number on the scale doesn't define me. Halle-freakin-lujah.

3. She Went On A Cleanse

Otis revealed in this reel that she was about to make a lot of changes to her diet and lifestyle. “Today I am cutting out gluten, dairy, alcohol, and extra sugars bc my skin has been so red and dry,” she explained. “It's like my body has been screaming at me to take better care of it. I've got that eczema on my eyelids, dandruff and itchy scalp, and just ya know, no energy & always feeling physically & mentally drained.”

4. She Worked Out While She Was Pregnant

2019 A+E Networks UpfrontDia Dipasupil/Getty Images

Otis made sure to get workouts in while she was pregnant. On her website, she explained her reason for doing so. “I am committed to staying strong and healthy for me and my rainbow baby. I know that the first half of my pregnancy was a struggle, but I’m getting back on track (and writing this blog/putting it out into the world is my way of holding myself accountable)!”

5. She Opened Up About Her Struggles

In 2019, a controversial “Heartbeat Bill” was passed in some states, which would limit access to abortions, with Alabama banning them completely. When this happened, Otis wrote a guest piece for People about her own abortion, wanting to let others know they weren’t alone, and to reduce the stigma. “I know I’m going to get backlash for opening up about my past. Like I said, my abortions still torment me and I hate that I had to have them. However, am I thankful? Of course. I wouldn’t be able to be a good mother to my daughter right now or have been able to be a good parent to my siblings back then. The cycle continues because there’s not enough education about sex and birth control, and not enough support. There’s not enough constructive discussion about abortion. It sucks. It really sucks. But the truth of the matter is it is a necessary option.”

Amy Hart, the Love Island star, is no stranger to posting stunning photos on Instagram. She just posted a photo of herself posing on the beach, looking fab. Hart wore a red bathing suit, showing off her figure. Hart wrote about her approach to wellness and lifestyle in the caption, specifically saying: “WHAT DOES BODY POSITIVITY MEAN TO YOU? 🤯 I’m working on a tv project all about body positivity and loving the body you have not the body you want! But….I’m continuing to work with my PT and am on a 14 day back to basics meal plan. How can I do legitimately do both? My MINDSET has changed.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Changed Her Approach

In Hart’s most recent Instagram post, she talks about her current wellness routine. She says that her approach to wellness and body positivity has changed greatly. She writes, “Before I would use exercise and healthy eating as a ‘punishment’ because my legs were too big or my stomach wasn’t toned enough. Now I see it as a reward. It’s like I’m saying thanks to my body for sticking by me as I pumped it full of fertility drugs, enjoyed loads of nights out with my friends to celebrate being allowed to drink again, took full advantage of the All inclusive in Mexico and then all the dairy-filled, deep fried, delicious treats that America had to offer. It’s starting to argue back a bit with regards to my skin so I’m saying thank you by filling it with goodness, whole foods, actual water (not just American sprite!!), moving it everyday and giving it enough sleep.”

2. She Calls Out Society’s Body Standards

Hart was unfortunately subjected to a lot of trolling after her stint on Love Island. One of the things she was criticized for, was her body. She posted this tweet calling out body shamers, and society’s body standards, along with her cast photo from Love Island. She wrote, "This was taken the day I came home from Love Island. Had just read hundreds of tweets calling me fat. Wish I was this fat now."

3. She Ignores The Trolls

Hart was sadly subjected to a lot of trolling on social media. However, she told Glamour that she has learned to ignore it. “I’m not interested in knowing what was said about me. I’ve now got so much positivity. I read it, I laugh, I block it.”

4. She Cut Out A Lot Of Unhealthy Habits

In an Instagram post, Hart revealed that she made the decision to freeze her eggs. In order to do this, Hart wrote that she had to make a lot of changes to her lifestyle. “No alcohol, no fizzy, melatonin every night and 3litres of water a day must have helped,” she writes.

5. She Tried New Things

"Back To The Future: The Musical" Opens In London's West End - Pre-Show Drinks ReceptionDave Benett/Getty Images

In her Instagram stories a couple of years ago, Hart revealed that she went on a solo vacation for the first time. She revealed that she tried a lot of new things while she was on that trip. “Had to overcome my social anxiety in order to make all my lovely juicy friends. Did my first spinning classes and loved them. Did @bellicon_uk rebounding everyday and loved it! Hauled myself out of bed everyday for a hike between 5-11km sometimes in a 5kg vest Jumped in a river. Has a reset ready to come home and start a new chapter! All in all a successful week!!”

1. She Made A Change

Sophie-KasaeiSophie Kasaei/Instagram

Kasaei lost a serious amount of weight. She documented her transformation on Instagram, and encouraged her followers to make changes in their lifestyles. “It’s never too late to make a change,” she wrote. “I did it, so can you. I’ve gone from a size 16 to a size 8 in the last 6 months.”

2. She Reflected

In an Instagram video, Kasaei revealed what inspired her to make her lifestyle changes. She says that she reflected on her body, and came to the realization. "There were pictures of me on the beach in June, and it was at that point where I thought 'is that actually me?' I couldn't believe it was me. I never thought I was that big. I was so in denial about my weight.”

3. She’s More Focused

Karaoke Box Smithfield Launches New VR TechnologyDave Benett/Getty Images

In the same Instagram video, Kasaei says that her new relationship status helped inspire her to make changes. She ended a very public relationship, and she says that it allowed her to focus more on herself. “Being single now has made me more focused. It's helped me focus on what I want."

4. She Changed Her Diet

Kasaei told The Sun that the biggest lifestyle change she made was to her diet. "So as time went on, I did look at my weight and what I was eating. I used to wake up, have crisps for breakfast, have about four takeaways a day, never cooked a healthy meal, and then I started to think about my body and what I've done to it. From there I lost weight, I felt better in myself."

5. She’s More Confident

Kasaei didn’t just change her diet and fitness. She also changed her outlook on life, and gained more self-confidence. She tells The Sun, “I did grow up a bit. I stopped doubting myself. I stopped being that person that was like 'I’m never gonna get that; the girls are more famous than me; they’re more popular, more rich; I’ll never be like that'. I’d kept this mindset for so long and I wasn’t getting anywhere.”

Emily Elizabeth is heating up Hawaii – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model and influencer shows off her amazing figure in a two-piece while on the beaches of the tropical paradise. “Hawaii >> 🌺🌈,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Simply Beautiful ❤️🏖❤,” commented one of her followers. “🔥😍perfect,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Hydration

Emily prioritizes hydration. Not only does she drink water, but also electrolyte enhanced fruit. “Fresh coconut,” she captioned a photo from Bora Bora. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Coffee

Emily enjoys the perks of caffeine. Here she is drinking a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Snowboarding

While you can usually find Emily in the tropics, sometimes she heads over to the mountains for winter sports. In one of her photos she goes snowboarding. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

Snorkeling

While on vacation Emily throws on a mask and fin and goes snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Walking

She also takes her dog for walks. Here she is strolling in Central Park with her pooch. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Emma McQuaid is prepping for her CrossFit competition – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the athlete flaunts her amazing figure in a two-piece exercise set while training. “8 weeks to my first Hyrox Sim 🏃♀️Looking forward to upping my run volume over the next 2 months to see how I can fair out before entering my first proper race later in the year. It’s no secret I don’t really enjoy running, I never have but I’m excited to see if I can turn that around this year,” she captioned the Instagram photos. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Is Consistent

If you want to improve your Olympics lifts, Emma suggests maintaining consistency. “Be consistent in your training, it’s vital you continually train all the lifts, not just the ones you like. I used to hate the full snatch and always power snatched everything. Recently though its become the opposite, I love full snatch and need to focus again on my power snatch. Always attack your weaknesses,” she told Boxrox.

Focus on Mobility

When it comes to improving gymnastic skills, Emma says to focus on mobility. “Sometimes is not just learning the skill, it’s having the mobility to be able to do it. I have struggled with handstand walks for over a year now and have practised more than people realise, but recently found out it’s my thoracic and shoulder mobility holding me back. So I have worked on my mobility and I’ve already seen improvements in my handstand walks. I’d also say people need to work the basics more, develop a strong foundation to build the high level movements on,” Emma told Boxrox.

Hydration

Drinking enough water and getting rest is an important component of health. “Eat healthy, drink plenty of water and sleep well is a good recipe for success,” she told Coach Web. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Meal Prep

While Emma doesn’t meal prep, she has her food prepared for her. “All my food is supplied from a local company called Fuel Farm. I usually eat 4-5 times a day. Just depends what my training volume is like that day, I also live on Battle Oats bars between sessions, a great snack that keeps me going and doesn’t fill me up,” she says.

Balanced Diet

Healthy,And,Unhealthy,Food,Background,From,Fruits,And,Vegetables,VsShutterstock

Emma maintains a balanced diet. “I personally think a lot of athletes in CrossFit under eat. Avoiding carbs or limiting them isn’t a good idea when you train at high intensity. I eat some junk everyday because I find it helps my performance, a 6 pack isn’t going to help me win so it doesn’t bother me, fuelling my body and maintaining the intensity in training is what will help me win. I’ve focused on timing my intake of sugar and it’s only made me better,” she told Boxrox.

Krissy Cela in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "8 Weeks of Lifting"
Getty images

Krissy Cela is a fitness trainer on the Evolve You app and influencer. Recently, she has been documenting her process of losing pregnancy weight on Instagram. In a recent post, Cela revealed that she had been consistently weight training. She captioned it, “8 weeks of lifting, not depriving, recovering and sticking to an actual PLAN! Not doing random workouts. All my programs are on the @evolveyou app. I'm currently on the strong program and absolutely loving it! But there are home workouts too. Use code KRISSY for money off! (own brand).”

She Strength Trains

Cela strength trains to keep herself in shape. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She’s Consistent

Cela revealed in the caption of her Instagram post that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness. “So yeah… just keep lifting some heavy iron, don’t really listen to people who tell you not to unless you have an injury of some sort. Eat your fats, carbs and protein and get your steps in. Keep it simple and remember a cute gym set will make you lift heavier 😂Proud of myself because it really wasn’t easy showing up daily ngl.”

She Accepts Herself

Cela talked about her journey to accept herself in the caption of this Instagram post. “When I was growing up, all I ever wanted was to be pretty. I hated the way I looked and felt out of place, especially as the only girl in school with upper lip hair and a foreign background. I resented that my Albanian parents imposed cultural norms that limited what I could wear and how I could express myself. Now, in my 30s, I’ve learned to embrace my roots while also appreciating the many unique qualities I bring to the table that go beyond mere appearances. I didn’t realize how much being creative, strong, and loving would mean to me. I didn’t understand the true value of these qualities until now.”

She Works Her Lower Body

Cela shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “This mammaaa is putting in the work! Loving it so much moving my body and building my strength all over again 💅🏽All workout programs are from the @evolveyou app so if you’re stuck on where to start I really think you should just come and join the party and see what the fuss is all about. (Own brand). Workout: 1. KB RDL: 4 sets till failure 2. BB Reverse lunges: 4 sets 8 reps each leg 3. Hip work: need it my hips are tight: 4 sets each leg 8 reps (great to warm up also) 4. Static lunge: 4 sets 12 reps each leg 5. Also did hip thrust forgot to record 4 sets till failure.”

She Walks

Another thing that Cela does to keep herself in shape is go for walks. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself doing so. Cela shared this set of photos of herself hiking with her dog and partner. She captioned the post, “Postpartum walks! Taking it easy and feeling good! Ad/ Supported by @promix electrolytes in watermelon flavour 💅🏽Set from @oneractive launching 12th December.”
