Kaz Crossley is having a hot, but restorative summer in her swimsuit! The Love Island star steamed up social media over the weekend, showing off her fabulous figure in a swimsuit while promoting her fitness retreat. Fight

Obviously, Kaz is a fan of a certain fighting form of fitness. "I love training Muay Thai," she told Women Fitness. She also stretches. "I stretch mostly my legs and back each morning to start off the day: Backbends, forward fold, forward fold in straddle, lunges, downward dog."

Maintain a Healthy Diet

Kaz maintains a super healthy diet. "My fave meal is breakfast. It starts my day off and I would never skip it and it normally consists of egg, avocado and toast! In many differentiations," she told Women Fitness. Before working out she consumes "as much protein as possible," she continued. "I love eating boiled eggs as a snack. After I love to keep it clean with a chicken salad." For dinner she tries to eat a plant-based meal. "I eat clean I love eating at my vegan restaurant at the top of my road where I normally get a salad and quinoa with vegetable curry. I don't usually tend to eat after 6pm." She also has three favorite healthy snacks. Non-fat greek yogurt with blueberries, apple slicers with peanut butter, "and of course edamame!"

Hydrate

Kaz makes sure to hydrate, downing H2O through the day. "Drink a full glass of water!" she told Women Fitness when asked about her top beauty tip. She also drinks coffee, adding soy or oat milk, "because I drink a lot of it and they make me less bloated," she added to New

Don't Push Yourself Too Hard

Kaz isn't too hard on herself. "I've definitely had issues when it's come to body confidence…my weight has fluctuated in the past," she told The Daily Mail . "As soon as I realized that I shouldn't be putting my body through hell, I made sure I didn't watch what I ate too much. Being really strict with my diet makes me unhappy. I take pleasure in going to the gym, rather than making it feel like a chore."

Switch Up Your Workouts By the Season

As the seasons change, so do Kaz's workouts. "In the summer I love to go on runs, and I go to the gym at least three times a week in winter. I love kick-boxing!" she told The Daily Mail.
