Model Kelly Gale has devoted her life to healthy living and the results are on display in a new swimsuit photo, which fans are calling "so hot." She's done several revealing photoshoots for different brands. Gale posted some highlights from a recent shoot on Instagram. She Focuses On Her Goals

Gale revealed some of her wellness secrets to Pop-Up Workouts. One thing she revealed was her motivations for staying in shape. "Focusing on having my goals in my mind all the time, knowing why I'm here, why I'm doing it," Gale said. "And just that makes me push harder. It keeps you in great shape." Certified professional trainer Alena Beskur "says beginners most often give up on their exercise-related goals because they grow frustrated when they don't see results quickly. Or they try to do too much too fast and burn out," according to the Cleveland Clinic. "Exercise is not magic — it's hard work that takes effort and time," she says. So it's important to approach your fitness goals with a sense of patience and persistence.

She Walks

Gale makes sure to get her steps in. She tells Pop-Up Workouts that she likes to walk a lot. "Wherever I'm going, I make sure I walk," she says. "That kind of makes me refreshed." "Walking wards off heart disease, brings up the heart rate, lowers blood pressure and strengthens the heart. Post-menopausal women who walk just one to two miles a day can lower their blood pressure by nearly 11 points in 24 weeks. Women who walk 30 minutes a day can reduce their risk of stroke by 20%, and by 40% when they stepped up the pace, according to researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston," sats the Arthritis Foundation.

She Eats Healthy Snacks

Gale makes sure to eat a healthy diet. And that extends to her favorite snacks. She describes her favorite snacks to Pop Up Workouts, saying that she loves,"Turkey breast, some raw chocolate, and some berries."

She Does What She Wants

In an interview with Grazia, Gale spilled her main wellness philosophy. "Just do what feels good. That's what I try to do. I try to take care of myself and just not think about what other people are doing. Just like drink lots of water, get enough sleep and be happy."

She Goes Makeup Free On Off Days

Being a model, Gale has to put makeup on for jobs and shoots. However, she tells Grazia that she goes makeup free when she's not working. She says that this helps her skin. "So when I'm working, I have to wear makeup. But what I do is when I'm off duty, I don't wear any makeup at all."
